Claims (36)
- SESTAVE POLIMEROV IN KOPOLIMEROV POLIESTRA, KI VSEBUJEJO DELCE TITANOVEGA KARBIDA Patentni zahtevki1. Sestava poliestra z izboljšanim ponovnim segrevanjem, ki zajema: polimer poliestra; in delce titanovega karbida s povprečno velikostjo od 0,005 pm do 100 pm, ki so dispergirani v polimeru poliestra v količini od 0,5 ppm do 1000 ppm glede na skupno maso sestave poliestra.
- 2. Sestava poliestra iz patentnega zahtevka 1, pri čemer je povprečna velikost delcev titanovega karbida od 0,01 pm do 10 pm.
- 3. Sestava poliestra iz patentnega zahtevka 1, pri čemer je povprečna velikost delcev titanovega karbida od 0,01 pm do 5 pm.
- 4. Sestava poliestra iz patentnega zahtevka 1, pri čemer so delci titanovega karbida prisotni v količini od 1 ppm do 500 ppm glede na skupno maso sestave poliestra.
- 5. Sestava poliestra iz patentnega zahtevka 1, pri čemer so delci titanovega karbida prisotni v količini od 5 ppm do 50 ppm glede na skupno maso sestave poliestra.
- 6. Sestava poliestra iz patentnega zahtevka 1, pri čemer polimer poliestra zajema polietilen tereftalat.

Sestava poliestra iz patentnega zahtevka 1, ki zajema: polimer poliestra, v katerem delci poli(etilen tereftalata) zajemajo najmanj 90-odstotni masni delež polimera poliestra; in delce titanovega karbida s povprečno velikostjo od 0,01 pm do 10 pm, ki so naključno dispergirani v polimeru poliestra v količini od 1 do 50 ppm, pri čemer ima sestava poliestra temperaturo izboljšanja ponovnega segrevanja 5 °C ali višjo, vrednost predoblike L* pa je 70 ali večja.
- 21. Postopek za pridobivanje sestave poliestra v skladu s patentnim zahtevkom 1, pri čemer omenjeni postopek zajema: korak esterifikacije, ki zajema transesterifikacijo diestra dikarboksilne kisline in diola ali neposredno esterifikacijo dikarboksilne kisline in diola, za pridobitev enega ali več monomerov poliestra ali oligomerov poliestra; korak polikondenzacije, ki zajema reakcijo enega ali več monomerov poliestra ali oligomerov poliestra v reakciji polikondenzacije v prisotnosti katalizatorja polikondenzacije, za pridobitev polimera poliestra z intrinzično viskoznostjo od 0,50 dl/g do 1,1 dl/g; korak pandikulacije, v katerem se staljeni polimer poliestra strdi v delce; poljubni korak prehajanja v trdno stanje, v katerem polimerizira trdni polimer z intrinzično viskoznostjo od 0,70 dl/g do 1,2 dl/g; in korak dodajanja delcev, ki zajema dodajanje in dispergiranje delcev titanovega karbida, da se zagotovi količina od 1 ppm do 500 ppm glede na maso polimera, pri čemer se korak dodajanja delcev izvede pred katerim koli prejšnjim korakom oziroma med njim ali po njem.
- 22. Postopek v skladu s patentnim zahtevkom 21, pri čemer postopek dodatno zajema korak oblikovanja, ki sledi koraku prehajanja v trdno stanje, pri čemer korak oblikovanja zajema taljenje in ekstrudiranje nastalega trdnega polimera za pridobitev oblikovanega elementa, v katerem so dispergirani delci titanovega karbida.
- 23. Postopek v skladu s patentnim zahtevkom 22, pri čemer se korak dodajanja delcev izvede med korakom prehajanja v trdno stanje ali po njem in pred korakom oblikovanja.
- 24. Postopek v skladu s patentnim zahtevkom 21, pri čemer korak dodajanja delcev zajema dodajanje delcev titanovega karbida kot termoplastičnega koncentrata pred korakom oblikovanja ali med njim, pri čemer termoplastični koncentrat zajema delce titanovega karbida v količini od 100 ppm do 5000 ppm glede na maso termoplastičnega koncentrata.
- 25. Postopek v skladu s patentnim zahtevkom 21, pri čemer je povprečna velikost delcev titanovega karbida od 0,005 pm do 100 pm.
- 26. Postopek v skladu s patentnim zahtevkom 21, pri čemer se korak dodajanja delcev izvede pred korakom polikondenzacije ali med njim.
- 27. Postopek v skladu s patentnim zahtevkom 21, pri čemer se korak dodajanja delcev izvede pred korakom partikulacije ali med njim.
- 28. Postopek v skladu s patentnim zahtevkom 21, pri čemer se korak dodajanja delcev izvede pred korakom prehajanja v trdno stanje ali med njim.
- 29. Postopek v skladu s patentnim zahtevkom 22, pri čemer se korak dodajanja delcev izvede pred korakom oblikovanja ali med njim.

- 36. Postopek v skladu s patentnim zahtevkom 35, pri čemer termoplastični polimer zajema eno ali več naslednjih vrst polimerov: poliester, poliolefin ali polikarbonat.
