Abstract
Предложены новые гетеробициклические производные сульфанамида или сульфонового эфира следующей общей формулы I, которые проявляют антиопухолевую активность и обладают низкой токсичностью, и способ их получения. Производное сульфонамида или производное сульфонового эфира представлено общей формулой I, или его фармакологически приемлемая сольгде A - моноциклическое или бициклическое ароматическое кольцо, которое может иметь заместители; B - шестичленное ненасыщенное углеводородное кольцо или шестичленный ненасыщенный гетероцикл, содержащий в качестве гетероатома один атом азота, при этом каждое из этих колец может иметь заместители; C - пятичленный гетероцикл, содержащий один или два атома азота, который может иметь заместители; W - простая связь или группа, представленная формулой -CH= CH-; X - группа, представленная формулой -N(R)-, или атом кислорода; Y - углерод или азот; Z - группа, представленная формулой -N(R)-, или атом азота; Rи Rмогут совпадать или отличаться друг от друга и каждый обозначает атом водорода или низший алкил.
Claims (1)
- Предложены новые гетеробициклические производные сульфанамида или сульфонового эфира следующей общей формулы I, которые проявляют антиопухолевую активность и обладают низкой токсичностью, и способ их получения. Производное сульфонамида или производное сульфонового эфира представлено общей формулой I, или его фармакологически приемлемая соль
где A - моноциклическое или бициклическое ароматическое кольцо, которое может иметь заместители; B - шестичленное ненасыщенное углеводородное кольцо или шестичленный ненасыщенный гетероцикл, содержащий в качестве гетероатома один атом азота, при этом каждое из этих колец может иметь заместители; C - пятичленный гетероцикл, содержащий один или два атома азота, который может иметь заместители; W - простая связь или группа, представленная формулой -CH= CH-; X - группа, представленная формулой -N(R1)-, или атом кислорода; Y - углерод или азот; Z - группа, представленная формулой -N(R2)-, или атом азота; R1 и R2 могут совпадать или отличаться друг от друга и каждый обозначает атом водорода или низший алкил.
