Claims (1)

Способ получения порошковой целлюлозы относится к химии целлюлозы и ее производных и может быть использован в химической, фармацевтической, пищевой и других отраслях промышленности. Целью предлагаемого технического решения является повышение выхода продукта требуемого дисперсного состава, увеличение производительности процесса. Поставленная цель достигается тем, что в известном способе, включающем жидкостной гидролиз исходной целлюлозы в растворах кислот, обезвоживание, сушку и измельчение, сушку проводят в две стадии: вначале до влажности 10 - 20%, затем полученный продукт измельчается и далее высушивается до необходимой влажности. Сушку продукта на первой стадии проводят при температуре (120 - 160)oС, на второй - (100 - 120)oС.The method of producing powdered cellulose relates to the chemistry of cellulose and its derivatives and can be used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries. The purpose of the proposed technical solution is to increase the yield of the product of the desired dispersion composition, increasing the productivity of the process. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a known method, including liquid hydrolysis of the original cellulose in acid solutions, dehydration, drying and grinding, drying is carried out in two stages: first, to a moisture content of 10 - 20%, then the resulting product is crushed and then dried to the required moisture. Drying of the product in the first stage is carried out at a temperature of (120 - 160) o С, on the second - (100 - 120) o С.
