Abstract

1. Устройство групповой передачи, содержащее блок (18) основной коробки передач и блок (10) переднего делителя коробки передач, дополнительно содержащее, по меньшей мере, один активный исполнительный блок (11), предназначенный для подачи управляющего момента через первичный вал (16) коробки передач в блок (10) переднего делителя коробки передач,отличающееся тем, что содержит блок управления и/или регулирования (12), который предназначен для согласования управляющего момента, подаваемого на блок (10) переднего делителя коробки передач, для синхронизации блока (10) переднего делителя коробки передач, по меньшей мере, с одним процессом переключения, выполняемым посредством блока (10) переднего делителя коробки передач,и тем, что блок (10) переднего делителя коробки передач содержит, по меньшей мере, одно средство переключения (13), которое выполнено без блокирующего кольца синхронизатора и которое, по меньшей мере, частично связано с исполнительным блоком (11).2. Устройство групповой передачи по п.1, отличающееся тем, что исполнительный блок (11) предусмотрен для приема управляющего момента и передачи управляющего момента.3. Устройство групповой передачи по п.1, отличающееся тем, что блок управления и/или регулирования (12) предназначен для согласования и/или изменения управляющего момента, подаваемого на блок (10) переднего делителя коробки передач, в ходе процесса переключения.4. Устройство групповой передачи по п.1, отличающееся тем, что блок управления и/или регулирования (12) предназначен для исключения положения «зуб на зуб» в блоке (10) переднего делителя коробки передач.5. Claims (13)

1. Устройство групповой передачи, содержащее блок (18) основной коробки передач и блок (10) переднего делителя коробки передач, дополнительно содержащее, по меньшей мере, один активный исполнительный блок (11), предназначенный для подачи управляющего момента через первичный вал (16) коробки передач в блок (10) переднего делителя коробки передач,
отличающееся тем, что содержит блок управления и/или регулирования (12), который предназначен для согласования управляющего момента, подаваемого на блок (10) переднего делителя коробки передач, для синхронизации блока (10) переднего делителя коробки передач, по меньшей мере, с одним процессом переключения, выполняемым посредством блока (10) переднего делителя коробки передач,
и тем, что блок (10) переднего делителя коробки передач содержит, по меньшей мере, одно средство переключения (13), которое выполнено без блокирующего кольца синхронизатора и которое, по меньшей мере, частично связано с исполнительным блоком (11).
2. Устройство групповой передачи по п.1, отличающееся тем, что исполнительный блок (11) предусмотрен для приема управляющего момента и передачи управляющего момента.
3. Устройство групповой передачи по п.1, отличающееся тем, что блок управления и/или регулирования (12) предназначен для согласования и/или изменения управляющего момента, подаваемого на блок (10) переднего делителя коробки передач, в ходе процесса переключения.
4. Устройство групповой передачи по п.1, отличающееся тем, что блок управления и/или регулирования (12) предназначен для исключения положения «зуб на зуб» в блоке (10) переднего делителя коробки передач.
5. Устройство групповой передачи по п.1, отличающееся тем, что содержит, по меньшей мере, один промежуточный вал (14) коробки передач, причем исполнительный блок (11) содержит, по меньшей мере, одно средство управления (15) промежуточным валом коробки передач, которое предусмотрено для формирования управляющего момента, действующего на промежуточный вал (14) коробки передач.
6. Устройство групповой передачи по п.5, отличающееся тем, что блок управления и/или регулирования (12), по меньшей мере, в ходе одного процесса переключения, выполняемого в противоположных направлениях, в блоке (18) основной коробки передач и блоке (10) переднего делителя коробки передач, предназначен для настройки управляющего момента для промежуточного вала (14) коробки передач.
7. Устройство групповой передачи по п.1, отличающееся тем, что содержит, по меньшей мере, один первичный вал (16) коробки передач, причем исполнительный блок (11) содержит, по меньшей мере, одно средство управления (17) первичным валом коробки передач, которое предусмотрено для формирования управляющего момента, действующего на первичный вал (16) коробки передач.
8. Устройство групповой передачи по п.7, отличающееся тем, что блок управления и/или регулирования (12), по меньшей мере, в ходе одного процесса переключения, выполняемого в одном направлении, в блоке (18) основной коробки передач и блоке (10) переднего делителя коробки передач, предназначен для настройки управляющего момента для первичного вала (16) коробки передач.
9. Устройство групповой передачи по п.1, отличающееся тем, что блок (18) основной коробки передач содержит, по меньшей мере, одно средство переключения (19, 20, 21) без блокирующего кольца синхронизатора.
10. Устройство групповой передачи по п.9, отличающееся тем, что блок управления и/или регулирования (12) предназначен для согласования управляющего момента, по меньшей мере, с одним процессом переключения, выполняемым с помощью блока (18) основной коробки передач.
11. Устройство групповой передачи по п.9 или 10, отличающееся тем, что блок управления и/или регулирования (12) предназначен для синхронизации блока основной коробки передач и/или исключения положения «зуб на зуб» в блоке (18) основной коробки передач.
12. Устройство групповой передачи по п.1, отличающееся тем, что исполнительный блок (11), по меньшей мере, для одного режима эксплуатации изготовлен в виде модуля комбинированного привода, предназначенного для формирования движущего момента.
13. Способ для устройства групповой передачи, содержащего блок (18) основной коробки и блок (10) переднего делителя коробки передач, отличающийся тем, что управляющий момент, подаваемый на блок (10) переднего делителя коробки передач для синхронизации блока (10) переднего делителя коробки передач через первичный вал (16) коробки передач, согласовывают, по меньшей мере, с одним процессом переключения, выполняемым с помощью блока (10) переднего делителя коробки передач, причем блок (10) переднего делителя коробки содержит, по меньшей мере, одно средство переключения (13), которое выполнено без блокирующего кольца синхронизатора и которое, по меньшей мере, частично связано с исполнительным блоком (11).
