技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的组合式变速器***(Gruppengetriebevorrrichtung)。
背景技术
已知的组合式变速器***至少包含主动调节单元和控制和/或调节单元,它们被设置用于使通过调节单元提供的调节力矩与换档过程相匹配。
WO 2007/031191描述了一种具有主变速器单元和副变速器单元的组合式变速器***,主变速器单元包括一副轴。在该副轴上设有一形式为电机的主动调节单元,通过该主动调节单元可使副轴以及任意与该副轴以不能相对转动的方式连接的齿轮减速或加速。由此,可在换档过程中,在组合式变速器***内使副轴速度同步。
DE 102007018967A1同样描述了一种具有主变速器单元和副变速器单元的组合式变速器***,主变速器单元包括两个副轴。为了同步副轴而设有形式为液压驱动***的主动调节单元。
WO 01/92048A1描述了带有一种具有主变速器单元和副变速器单元的组合式变速器***,副变速器单元设有同步装置。组合式变速器***包括形式为电动的起动发电机的主动调节单元,该调节单元可以使变速器输入轴减速或加速。该主动调节单元用于在主变速器单元的换档过程中使输入轴的速度同步。
本发明的目的特别是基于简化组合式变速器***的结构设计。根据本发明,该目的通过权利要求1的特征实现。其它设计方案由从属权利要求给出。
发明内容
根据本发明提出一种具有前置副变速器单元的组合式变速器***,包括至少一个主动的调节单元,该调节单元被设置用于经由输入轴将一调节力矩引入前置副变速器单元中,所述组合式变速器***还包括一控制和/或调节单元,该控制和/或调节单元被设置用于使被引入所述前置副变速器单元中的调节力矩至少与借助所述前置副变速器单元实施的换档过程相匹配。
在此,所述调节单元在至少一个换档过程中被设置用于使前置副变速器单元同步。由此可使前置副变速器内的同步过程缩短,从而能实现更高的舒适性。“前置副变速器单元的同步”在此应理解成前置副变速器单元的切换装置的同步。
所述前置副变速器单元优选包括至少一个设计成无同步环的切换装置,该切换装置至少部分地与调节单元相连接。由此有利地可以简单地借助调节单元来使切换装置同步。“切换装置”在此特别是应理解成一种用于在组合式变速器***内建立不能相对转动的连接的装置,所述连接用于挂入变速器档位,所述切换装置例如是具有相应切换爪的滑套。“同步”应理解成使转速改变、特别是均衡以建立不能相对转动的连接。有利地,所述至少一个切换装置设计成非同步的爪齿式接合装置。优选地,前置副变速器单元仅具有非同步的切换装置。特别优选地,主变速器单元也仅具有非同步的切换装置。“非同步”在此应特别是理解成,在切换装置进行切换时避免在联接元件之间的打滑连接。
由此能实现前置副变速器单元的特别简单的可切换性,从而能够简化整个组合式变速器***的结构方案,特别是简化前置副变速器单元的结构方案。“组合式变速器***”应优选地理解成,至少具有用于挂入主变速器档位的主变速器单元和用于使主变速器档位增加到多倍的前置副变速器单元。“换档过程”在此应特别是理解为升档过程和/或降档过程。“升档过程”应特别是理解为其中使组合式变速器***的总传动比降低的换档过程。“降档过程”应特别是理解成一种其中组合式变速器***的总传动比升高的换档过程。“降档过程”有利地应理解成其中主变速器单元的传动比升高的换档过程。另外,“主动的调节单元”应理解成特别是一种被设置用于提供一不同于初级驱动机/主驱动器的驱动力矩的调节力矩的单元。“设置”应理解成专门地编程、设计和/或配置。
在一种特别有利的实施方式中,所述调节单元被设置用于吸收调节力矩和用于输出调节力矩。由此提供了一种可灵活使用的调节单元。
另外提出,所述控制和/或调节单元被设置用于在换档过程中对被引入所述前置副变速器单元的调节力矩进行匹配和/或改变。由此可实现特别快速的同步。
另外提出,控制和/或调节单元被设置用于消除所述前置副变速器单元的撞齿调节(Zahn-auf-Zahn-Stellungen)。由此可进一步提高组合式变速器***的切换舒适性。
在一种特别有利的实施方式中,组合式变速器***具有至少一个副轴,其中所述调节单元至少包括一副轴调节装置,所述副轴调节装置被设置用于提供作用在副轴上的调节力矩。由此可实现有利的、快速的同步。
特别优选的是,控制和/或调节单元至少在一反向的、借助前置副变速器单元实施的换档过程中被设置用于调节用于副轴的调节力矩。由此可有利地、快速地实施特别是反向换档过程。“反向换档过程”在此特别是应理解成如下的换档过程,其中前置副变速器单元的传动比与主变速器单元的传动比反向地、即向相反的方向改变。
在另一有利的实施方式中提出,组合式变速器***包括至少一个变速器输入轴,其中所述调节单元包括至少一个变速器输入轴调节装置,该变速器输入轴调节装置被设置用于提供一作用在变速器输入轴上的调节力矩。由此可进一步改善组合式变速器***的同步。为了对换档过程进行同步,原则上调节单元可以或者具有至少一个副轴调节装置,或者具有至少一个变速器输入轴调节装置。特别有利地,调节单元具有至少一个副轴调节装置并且具有至少一个变速器输入轴调节装置。
有利的是,控制和/或调节单元至少在一同向的、借助前置副变速器单元实施的换档过程中被设置用于调节用于变速器输入轴的调节力矩。由此,特别是同向换档过程可有利地、快速地实施。“同向换档过程”在此应特别是理解成如下的换档过程,其中前置副变速器单元的传动比与主变速器单元的传动比同向地、即向相同的方向改变。
因为调节单元可以有利地另外被设置用于对主变速器单元进行同步,所以另外提出,组合变速器***包括主变速器单元,该主变速器单元包括至少一个无同步环的切换装置。由此可实现主变速器单元的结构简单的实施方案。
特别优选地,控制和/或调节单元被设置用于使调节力矩至少与一借助主变速器单元实施的换档过程相匹配。由此可实现主变速器单元的有利的快速同步,其可以特别有利地与前置副变速器单元的同步相协调。
有利地另外提出,控制和/或调节单元被设置用于使主变速器单元同步和/或消除主变速器单元的撞齿调节。由此可进一步改善组合式变速器***的切换舒适性。
在一有利的扩展方案中,调节单元在至少一个运行模式中形成混合驱动模块,该混合驱动模块被设置用于提供一驱动力矩。由此可将组合式变速器***有利地用于驱动和/或回收。
另外提出,组合式变速器***构造成双离合变速器。由此可以实现设计成双离合变速器的组合式变速器***的简单同步。

具体实施方式
图1示出一具有示例性的组合式变速器***的汽车动力传动系,该汽车动力传动系包括一主变速器单元18和一前置副变速器单元10。通过主变速器单元18可以切换出一定数量的主变速器档位。借助前置副变速器单元10可以将可借助主变速器单元18切换出的主变速器档位分别切换到高速分档位(Splitgang)和低速分档位。此外,组合式变速器***具有一后置副变速器单元22,通过该后置副变速器单元可将借助主变速器单元18和前置副变速器单元10形成的分档位分成两个切换组。动力传动系还包括一初级驱动机23,该初级驱动机设计成发动机。初级驱动机23在力流中设置在组合式变速器***的上游。
组合式变速器***还包括一起动离合器24和一与该起动离合器24相连接的变速器输入轴16。变速器输入轴16在力流中设置在起动离合器24与前置副变速器单元10之间。另外,变速器装置包括一中间轴25,该中间轴在力流中设置在主变速器单元18与后置副变速器单元22之间。另外,组合式变速器***包括一变速器输出轴26,该变速器输出轴在力流中设置在后置副变速器单元22下游。
前置副变速器单元10以副轴构造方式实施。前置副变速器单元10包括一与变速器输入轴16平行设置的副轴14。为连接变速器输入轴16与副轴14,前置副变速器单元10包括两个齿轮平面/齿轮级27、28以及一用于切换所述齿轮平面27、28的切换装置13。借助两个齿轮平面27、28可以为形成前置副变速器单元10的分档位而切换出两个不同的传动比。前置副变速器单元10的切换装置13构造成非同步的爪齿式接合装置。前置副变速器单元10因此仅包括无同步环的切换装置13。
主变速器单元18同样以副轴构造方式实施。副轴14对于前置副变速器单元10和主变速器单元18是一体的。为了连接副轴14和中间轴25,主变速器单元18具有四个齿轮平面29、30、31、32,还具有三个用于切换所述四个齿轮平面29、30、31、32的切换装置19、20、21。通过所述三个齿轮平面29、30、31可以切换出三个作为前进档位的主变速器档位。齿轮平面32用于形成倒车档位。为了形成直接档位,可以借助两个切换装置13,19使中间轴25与变速器输入轴16以不能相对转动的方式连接。主变速器单元18的切换装置19、20、21设计成非同步的爪齿式接合装置。主变速器单元18因此仅包括无同步环的切换装置19、20、21。
后置副变速器单元22以行星构造方式实施。它包括一太阳轮33,该太阳轮可与中间轴25以不能相对转动的方式连接。另外该后置副变速器单元还包括一与变速器输出轴26以不能相对转动的方式连接的行星架34和一齿圈35。为了对切换组进行切换,后置副变速器单元22包括切换装置37,借助该切换装置37可使齿圈35选择性地与变速器壳体36或太阳轮33连接。切换装置37设计成非同步的爪齿式接合装置。为进行同步,切换装置37包括两个同步环,在换档过程中借助所述同步环在切换装置37的待接合的切换元件之间建立摩擦锁合的连接。
针对改变组合式变速器***的总传动比的换档过程,组合式变速器***包括一主动的调节单元11,通过该调节单元可以向主变速器单元18和前置副变速器单元10中引入调节力矩。另外,组合式变速器***包括一控制调节单元12,通过该控制调节单元使所述被引入主变速器单元18的调节力矩和所述被引入前置副变速器单元10的调节力矩与借助前置副变速器单元实施的组合式变速器***的换档过程相匹配,特别是与借助前置副变速器单元10实施的换档过程相匹配。
可借助调节单元11设定的调节力矩可以至少在部分范围内无级地、在一下限值与一上限值之间设定。下限值小于零,相当于吸收调节力矩。上限值大于零,相当于输出调节力矩。调节单元11独立于初级驱动机23。
在借助前置副变速器单元实施的换档过程中,使调节力矩与相应的换档过程相匹配。在借助前置副变速器单元10实施的换档过程中,改变前置副变速器单元10的切换装置13的切换位置。在这样的换档过程中同样可以改变主变速器单元18的切换装置19、20、21的切换位置。原则上在这种换档过程中主变速器单元18的切换装置19、20、21的切换位置也可以保持不变。
借助于通过调节单元11引入前置副变速器单元10中的调节力矩可以使前置副变速器单元10同步。前置副变速器单元的切换装置13具有一输入接合元件和两个输出接合元件。输入接合元件通过一可轴向移动的滑套实现,该滑套可以选择性地与两个借助切换爪实现的输出接合元件之一相连接。
在使前置副变速器单元10同步期间,可以使输入接合元件的转速与待切换的输出接合元件的转速彼此接近,直到能够在输入接合元件和待切换的输出接合元件之间建立形锁合(formschluessig)连接。为此,调节单元11与切换装置13的两个输出接合元件和输入接合元件相连接。在一换档过程中,控制调节单元12使调节力矩与变速器输入轴16的转速45和副轴14的转速44相匹配。变速器输入轴16的转速45和副轴14的转速44可以借助一未详细示出的传感器单元彼此独立地确定。在一换档过程中,通过调节单元11将转速44、45分别调节到用于切换前置副变速器单元10的理论转速和用于切换主变速器单元18的理论转速。此外,控制调节单元11可以规定初级驱动机23的转速46。为初级驱动机23规定的转速46(可以)借助一未详细示出的、与控制调节单元12相连接的另外的控制调节单元来设定。
为了设定副轴14的转速44,调节单元11包括一副轴调节装置15,通过该副轴调节装置可设定副轴14的调节力矩。副轴调节装置15将调节力矩直接引入副轴中。副轴14通过所述两个齿轮平面27、28与输出接合元件作用(wirkungsmaessig)连接。因此,通过副轴调节装置15可设定输出接合元件的转速。
为了设定变速器输入轴16的转速45,调节单元11包括一变速器输入轴调节装置17,通过该变速器输入轴调节装置可设定变速器输入轴16的调节力矩。变速器输入轴调节装置17将调节力矩引入变速器输入轴16中。变速器输入轴16与输入接合元件相连接。因此,通过变速器输入轴调节装置17可设定输出接合元件的转速。
副轴调节装置15和变速器输入轴调节装置17各自包括一电机38、39,通过所述电机可以吸收和输出调节力矩。为吸收调节力矩,电机38、39根据由控制调节单元12规定的工作模式或者是作为发电机运行,或者被以反向电流通电。副轴调节装置15的电机38与副轴14同轴。变速器输入(轴调节)装置17的电机39与变速器输入轴16同轴。原则上也可以采用错开的布置方式,例如借助齿轮的错开布置方式。
通过控制调节单元12,至少使前置副变速器单元10的切换装置13的所有换档过程同步。另外,通过控制调节单元12消除了前置副变速器单元10的切换装置13的撞齿调节。另外,通过控制调节单元12可以使主变速器单元18的切换装置19、20、21的换档过程同步。此外,通过控制调节单元12可以消除主传动装置18的切换装置19、20、21的撞齿调节。为了同步并且消除撞齿调节,副轴调节装置15和变速器输入轴调节装置17是可以通过控制调节单元12相互独立地被调节的。根据待实施的换档过程或者为了消除撞齿调节,对副轴14或者变速器输入轴16施加调节力矩。
在使前置副变速器单元10的传动比与主变速器单元18的传动比反向改变的反向换档过程中,副轴14被施加调节力矩。在仅切换前置副变速器单元10的换档过程中,变速器输入轴16被施加调节力矩。在使前置副变速器单元10的传动比与主变速器单元18的传动比同向改变的同向换档过程中,变速器输入轴16被施加调节力矩。替代地也可以设想出其他的运行模式。
作为同向降档过程的换档过程有利地通过变速器输入轴调节装置17来实施。在该降档过程中,使主变速器单元18从较高的主变速器档位切换到较低的主变速器档位。此外,使前置副变速器单元10高速分档位切换到低速分档位。为了开始换档过程,控制调节单元12首先将主变速器单元10切换到空档位置。另外,控制调节单元12使起动离合器24分离。

仅借助前置副变速器单元10实施的换档过程利用变速器输入轴调节装置17来进行。在该换档过程中,前置副变速器单元10的分档位改变,而主变速器单元18的主变速器档位保持不变。为了启动换档过程,控制调节单元12使起动离合器24分离。主变速器在换档过程中持续保持挂入(档位)。
在换档过程的第一阶段中,控制调节单元12将前置副变速器单元10从所挂入的分档位切换到空档位置。在第二阶段中,控制调节单元12通过变速器输入轴调节装置17使变速器输入轴16的转速45改变到用于切换前置副变速器单元10的理论转速。一旦副轴14达到用于切换前置副变速器单元10的理论转速,控制调节单元12便将前置副变速器单元10切换到待挂入的分档位。在第三阶段中,使起动离合器24接合,由此结束换档过程。
为了在主变速器单元10中消除撞齿调节,使起动离合器24分离。然后,借助副轴调节装置15来消除撞齿调节。在所挂入的分档位中可以附加地或替代地借助变速器输入轴调节装置17来消除撞齿调节。
在仅借助主变速器单元18实施的换档过程中,主变速器单元18的切换装置19、20、21同样通过调节单元11来同步。在起动离合器24分离时,借助副轴调节装置15使主变速器单元18同步。在挂入分档位的情况下,可以附加地或替代地借助变速器输入轴调节装置17使主变速器单元18同步。
在动力传动系力锁合(kraftschluessig)地接合的运行模式中,调节单元11形成混合驱动模块,通过该混合驱动模块可以提供另外的驱动力矩。在这个前置副变速器单元10、主变速器单元18和后置副变速器单元22都处于挂入状态的运行模式中,可由调节单元11提供的调节力矩附加于初级驱动机23的驱动力矩起作用。借助于在这个运行模式中形成混合驱动模块的调节单元11提供增强(Boost)模式和/或回收模式。此外,可以借助调节单元11、例如通过将主变速器单元18切换到空档位置并且接合起动离合器24来提供设计成起动发电机模块的混合驱动模块。

Claims (12)

1.一种具有前置副变速器单元(10)和主变速器单元(18)的组合式变速器***,包括至少一个主动的调节单元(11),该调节单元被设置用于经由一变速器输入轴(16)将一用于使所述前置副变速器单元(10)同步的调节力矩引入所述前置副变速器单元(10)中,所述组合式变速器***还包括一控制和/或调节单元(12),该控制和/或调节单元被设置用于使被引入所述前置副变速器单元(10)中的、用于使所述前置副变速器单元(10)同步的所述调节力矩与至少一个借助所述前置副变速器单元(10)实施的换档过程相匹配,设有至少一个变速器输入轴(16),该调节单元(11)在至少一个换档过程中被设置用于使前置副变速器单元(10)同步,以及所述前置副变速器单元(10)包括至少一个无同步环的切换装置(13),该切换装置至少部分地与调节单元(11)相连接,其特征在于,所述调节单元(11)包括至少一个变速器输入轴调节装置(17),该变速器输入轴调节装置被设置用于提供一作用在所述变速器输入轴(16)上的调节力矩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合式变速器***,其特征在于,所述调节单元(11)被设置用于吸收调节力矩和用于输出调节力矩。
3.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的组合式变速器***,其特征在于,所述控制和/或调节单元(12)被设置用于在换档过程中对被引入所述前置副变速器单元(10)中的调节力矩进行匹配和/或改变。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合式变速器***,其特征在于,所述控制和/或调节单元(12)被设置用于消除所述前置副变速器单元(10)的撞齿调节。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合式变速器***,其特征在于,设有至少一个副轴(14),其中所述调节单元(11)包括至少一个副轴调节装置(15),所述副轴调节装置被设置用于提供一作用在副轴(14)上的调节力矩。
6.根据权利要求5所述的组合式变速器***,其特征在于,所述控制和/或调节单元(12)在至少一个在所述主变速器单元(18)和前置副变速器单元(10)中反向实施的换档过程中被设置用于调节用于副轴(14)的调节力矩。
7.根据权利要求1所述的组合式变速器***,其特征在于,所述控制和/或调节单元(12)在至少一个在所述主变速器单元(18)和前置副变速器单元(10)中同向实施的换档过程中被设置用于调节用于变速器输入轴(16)的调节力矩。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合式变速器***,其特征在于,主变速器单元(18)包括至少一个无同步环的切换装置(19、20、21)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的组合式变速器***,其特征在于,所述控制和/或调节单元(12)被设置用于使调节力矩与至少一个借助主变速器单元(18)实施的换档过程相匹配。
10.根据权利要求8所述的组合式变速器***,其特征在于,所述控制和/或调节单元(12)被设置用于使主变速器单元同步和/或用于消除所述主变速器单元(12)的撞齿调节。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合式变速器***,其特征在于,所述调节单元(11)在至少一个运行模式中形成混合驱动模块,该混合驱动模块被设置用于提供一驱动力矩。
12.一种用于带有前置副变速器单元(10)和主变速器单元(18)的组合式变速器***的方法,其特征在于,设置一控制和/或调节单元(12)和至少一个变速器输入轴(16),通过该控制和/或调节单元(12)使经由变速器输入轴(16)被引入所述前置副变速器单元(10)中的、用于使前置副变速器单元(10)同步的调节力矩至少与一借助所述前置副变速器单元(10)实施的换档过程相匹配,所述前置副变速器单元(10)包括至少一个无同步环的切换装置(13),该切换装置至少部分地与调节单元(11)相连接,所述调节单元(11)包括至少一个变速器输入轴调节装置(17),该变速器输入轴调节装置被设置用于提供一作用在所述变速器输入轴(16)上的调节力矩。
