Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un dispositivo de hilatura para llevar a cabo el procedimiento de oxido de amina de conformidad con el procedimiento de hilatura en seco/humedo que tiene: un hiladero que tiene agujeros de hilatura para la extrusion de filamentos, un dispositivo de soplo con el cual dichos filamentos extruidos pueden ser enfriados inmediatamente después de haber sido liberados de los agujeros de hilatura; un recipiente que contiene líquido de baño de hilatura; un medio de amarre provisto en dicho líquido de baño de hilatura para atar dichos filamentos extruidos; y un espacio de aire definido como la distancia del hiladero a la superficie de líquido de baño de hilatura; caracterizado porque: dicho medio de amarre está localizado en una distancia tal de dicho hiladero que elángulo alfa formado por los filamentos con respecto a la vertical a la superficie de dicho líquido de baño de hilatura, no excede de 45??; y que se cumple la relacion 0.1+0.0051 <_ 0.7.do .(h-1)/h en donde do es la distancia (mm) entre un agujero de hilatura y su agujero de hilatura vecino sobre dicho hiladero, h es la distancia (mm) de dichos medios de amarre a dicho hiladero y 1 es dicho espacio de aire (mm), 0.4 mm <_ do <_ 2 mm y 0 mm < 1 < 60 mm.
