Abstract
Un dispositivo de usuario comprende el medio que identifica la TA de una celda visitada en función de la información de reporte, el medio de establecimiento que determina si o no el dispositivo de usuario es permitido a realizar la comunicación en un P-NW si la TA identificada es para el P-NW, y los medios que transmiten una señal que solicita la actualización de la TA a una para el P-NW en la estación base de la celda visitada si la comunicación en el P-NW fuera permitida. El medio de establecimiento determina si o no la TA identificada es para el P-NW al verificar la información de identificación común tradicional a los P-NWs entre la información incluida en la información de reporte, y determina si la comunicación es permitida mediante la verificación si el P-NW al que pertenece la celda visitada es el mismo P-NW en el que es permitida la comunicación a través del dispositivo de usuario.
