在 3GPP ( 3rd Genera t ion Par tnership Project , 第三代合作伙伴计戈1 J ) 网络中, UE ( User Equipment , 用户设备)若想获得网络的服务, 必须完成 三个操作: PLMN ( Publ ic Land Mob i le Network , 公共陆地移动电话网)选 择, 小区选择, 位置注册。 当成功完成这三个操作后, UE完成在网络的驻留, 就可以使用该网络提供的服务。 这三个步骤必须顺序完成, 且可以重复执行。 PLMN选择是选择一个网络, 每个网络有一个唯一的 PLMN标识, UE可以通过 小区广播获得该标识, PLMN的选择必须遵守一个优先级; 当 UE选择一个 PLMN 后, 它开始选择一个小区, 该小区必须属于所选择的 PLMN, 且小区的信号质 量需要符合要求。 上述两个步骤都是 UE通过小区广播服务在本地完成, 之后 即发起位置注册流程。 为了提供更多的服务, 运营商可为家庭用户安装小型 的家庭基站, 用户回家后可以使用较少的费用通过家庭基站下的小区接入网 络, 因此运营商要提供一种权限允许用户确定谁可以接入该小区, 这个允许 接入某一家庭基站下小区 (或多个家庭基站, 比如应用于公司的场景) 的用 户群成为 CSG ( Closed Subscr iber Group, 封闭用户群组)。 每个 CSG有一个 CSG标识, 该标识对应这些小区, 这些小区也称为 CSG小区。 UE和网络都会 保存一份针对每个用户的允许 CSG 列表, 这个表中记录了用户被允许接入的 CSG服务的 CSG标识。 当 UE通过小区广播获知该小区是一个 CSG小区时, 它 需判断该小区的 CSG标识是否保存在允许 CSG列表中, 若是则可以驻留该网 络, 否则它须重新选择新的小区。
在实现本发明过程中, 发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题: 如果用户想接入的 CSG小区不在优先接入的网络时就无法接入。
发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明实施例提供一种选择网络的方法、 用户设备及***以 解决用户希望接入的 CSG 小区不在优先接入的网络时而导致的无法接入的问 题。
为解决上述技术问题, 一方面, 提供一种选择网络的方法, 包括: 获取覆盖所处位置的网络的 PLMN/ CSG标识组合参数,根据所述 PLMN/ CSG 标识组合参数查询允许 CSG列表, 根据查询结果选择网络。
另一方面, 还提供一种选择网络的用户设备, 包括:
获取参数模块: 用于获取覆盖所处位置的网络的 PLMN/ CSG标识组合参 数;
选择网络模块: 用于根据所述获取参数模块获取的 PLMN/ CSG标识组合 参数查询允许 CSG列表并根据查询结果选择网络。

若没有 PLMN/CSG标识组合包含在所述允许 CSG列表, 则按照 PLMN标识 的优先级选择网络。
其中, 所述允许 CSG列表记载了 UE允许使用的 CSG小区与所属网络标识 PLMN 的组合信息, 所述允许 CSG 列表的辅助参数包括但不限于以下一种, PLMN/CSG标识组合的优先级、 CSG标识对应的家庭基站的名称、 CSG小区支持 的接入技术中的一种或其组合以及 CSG小区的接入时间; 所述允许 CSG列表 可以保存在用户的 S IM卡中, 也可保存在 UE的存储模块中。
具体处理过程如下: 针对步骤 102的查询结果:
一种情况假设 PLMN2/CSG1标识组合和 PLMN2/CSG2标识组合同时包含在 所述允许 CSG列表;
此时可根据所述允许 CSG列表记载的辅助参数, 如 PLMN/CSG标识组合的 优先级、 CSG小区支持的接入技术以及 CSG小区的接入时间中的一种或其组合 来选择相应的网络及 CSG小区; UE根据多个 PLMN/CSG标识组合的优先级顺序 选择网络, 或根据允许的 CSG 小区的接入时间判断当前时刻是否允许接入 PLMN/CSG标识组合, 或根据 PLMN/CSG组合所支持的接入技术判断 UE是否可 以接入该网络, 或根据 PLMN/CSG标识组合的优先级、 CSG小区支持的接入技 术以及 CSG小区的接入时间的任意组合判断 UE是否可以接入该网络; 标识组合提示给用户, 根据用户选择的标识组合选择网络及 CSG小区;
一种情况假设 PLMN2/CSG2 标识组合、 PLMN2/CSG2 标识组合以及 PLMN3/CSG2标识组合同时包含在所述允许 CSG列表;
此时可根据 PLMN2与 PLMN3的优先级和 /或所述允许 CSG列表记载的辅助 参数, 如 PLMN/CSG标识组合的优先级、 CSG小区的名称、 CSG小区的接入时 间以及 CSG 小区支持的接入技术中的一种或其组合来选择相应的网络及 CSG 小区; PLMN的优先级可以釆用现有技术中默认的网络选择使用的 PLMN优先级 定义方法; 识组合以及 PLMN3/CSG3标识组合提示给用户, 根据用户选择的标识组合选择 网络及 CSG小区;
一种情况假设 PLMN2/CSG1 标识组合、 PLMN2/CSG2 标识组合以及 PLMN3/CSG3标识组合中的一个标识组合包含在所述允许 CSG列表;
此时按照包含在所述允许 CSG列表的标识组合选择相应网络和 CSG小区; 照 PL顯的优先级发起网络选择功能完成网络注册。
所述选择网络的方法还可加入一个步骤, 即在 UE开机或因移动引起的选 择网络时优先选择 RPLMN (Registered Public Land Mobile Network, 已注 册的公共陆地移动网络)或 HPLMN (Home Public Land Mobile Network, 归 属公共陆地移动网络)或 EHPLMN (Equivalent Home PLMN, 等同归属公共陆 地移动网络)。
本实施例当中所提出的方案的主要优点在于提供了一种选择网络方法, 可有效的解决用户希望接入的 CSG 小区不在优先接入的网络时而导致的无法 接入的问题。
本发明提供的第二实施例是允许 CSG列表的组成, 包括:
如图 1所示, 具体如下:
允许 CSG列表以 0MA丽 M0的形式保存, 如图 2中图 2a所示, 将所有用 户允许接入的 CSG区域按网络进行分类, 每个网络下保存多个允许的 CSG标 识, 其中 <x>/Al lowedCSGEnt r i es /<x>+节点 201 a是一个可扩展节点, 它下面 保 存 了 各 个 移 动 网 络 下 的 允 许 CSG 标 识 , 因 此 <x>/Al lowedCSGEnt r i es /<x>+/PLMN_ ID节点保存了网络的 PLMN标识;和它并 列的 <x>/Al lowedCSGEnt r ies /<x>+/<x>+节点 202a 也是一个可扩展节点, 保 存了多个在该 PLMN下允许用户接入的 CSG标识, 以及该 CSG标识对应的家庭 基站名称, 该名称会显示给用户, 便于用户判断这是什么网络, 如 "张三的 家"。因此在该列表中,保存了每个允许接入 CSG区域的三个参数: PLMN标识、 CSG标识和家庭基站名称。 PLMN标识和 CSG标识可以用于唯一标识一个使用 该标识的无线覆盖区域, 而基站名称便于用户识别。 但当前情况下, 存在多 种接入方式, 而 UE也经常拥有双模的功能, 而运营商可能会针对不同的接入 方式提供不同的资费标准, 这就会在某些情况下, 给拥有双模 /多模手机的用 户带来接入选择的问题。
如一个用户拥有一部双模手机, 支持 WC丽 A和 LTE两种接入技术, 因为 家庭基站只允许 CSG 的成员接入, 空口资源仅在成员间共享, 为了获得稳定 的数据传输, 他加入了朋友家的这个 CSG , 即可允许它接入朋友家的基站, 而 他的朋友的家庭基站支持 WC丽 A接入功能。 但运营商给用户一个优惠政策, 如果他使用 LTE接入网络, 可以交纳更低的费用。 所以他并不希望在不需要 数据传输(如上网下载文件) 时仍接入 WC丽 A网络。
为解决该类问题, 需要在允许 CSG 列表中增加一个参数 AT ( Acce s s Techno logy, 接入技术), 描述该 CSG所支持的接入技术, 用户手机可以设置 优选的接入技术, 便于 UE进行网络的选择, 当在允许 CSG列表中增加接入技 术参数后, UE也可以通过该参数判断是否要接入该 CSG小区。 图 2中的图 b 是修改后的允许 CSG列表, 如图 2中的图 2b所示,
在 <x>/AllowedCSGEntries/<x>+/<x>+节点 202b扩展了新的参数 AT, 所 述 AT用来表示接入技术标识, 包括但不限于 GSM、 GPRS, CDMA, WCDMA, LTE 以及 CDMA2000等适用于 2G、 2.5G, 未来的 3G、 以及后 3G等移动网络的无线 通信接入技术, UE中保存的允许 CSG列表中包括其中一条项目为: PLMN1 - CSG1 - WCDMA, 表示 PLMN1的网络下允许接入使用标识 CSG1的 CSG小区, 其支持的接入方式为 M^MA。
当 UE移动到一个网络下, 获取到的 PLMN/CSG标识组合包含在所述允许 CSG的列表的有两个, 其一组合信息是 PLMN标识为 PLMN1, CSG标识为 CSG1, 接入方式为 LTE; 另一个组合信息是 PLMN标识为 PLMN2, CSG标识为 CSG2, 接入方式为 WC丽 A, 由于所述 UE的优选接入方式为 WC丽 A所以自动选择所述 PLMN2/CSG2的组合进行网络注册。
此外,在允许 CSG列表中还可包括优先级参数,用于 UE获取到的 PLMN/CSG 标识组合包含在所述允许 CSG 的列表的有多个时, 提供优先级以便选择相应 网络和 CSG小区, 增加了优先级参数的允许 CSG列表如图 1中的图 2c所示, 在 <x>/AllowedCSGEntries/<x>+/<x>+节点 202c扩展了新的参数 Priority (优 先权), 所述参数 Priority用来表示所述 PLMN/CSG标识组合的优先级; 若 UE 获得的 PLMN/CSG标识组合如表二所示,

假设其中包含在所述允许 CSG 列表的有 PLMN2/CSG1 标识组合、 PLMN2/CSG2标识组合以及 PLMN3/CSG3标识组合,通过比较三个标识组合中的 优先级参数可确定需要选择的网络, 假设上述三个组合当中优先级从低到高 依次为 PLMN3/CSG3标识组合、 PLMN2/CSG1标识组合、 PLMN2/CSG2标识组合, 因此选择所述 PLMN2/CSG2标识组合作为进入的网络和 CSG小区。
此外, 在允许 CSG列表中还可包括 Time (时间)参数, 用于表示相应 CSG 小区的允许接入时间, 为了有效控制用户的接入, 一些 CSG 小区, 比如公司 设置的家庭基站, 它仅覆盖公司所在区域, 在下班时间, 该基站不为普通用 户提供服务, 如仅提供给夜班员工使用, 则可以在允许 CSG 列表中增加一个 CSG小区的允许接入时间。 当用户 UE搜索到 PLMN/CSG组合时, 不仅要判断该 组合是否保存在允许 CSG列表中, 还要判断当前时间是否是该 CSG允许的接 入时间, 允许时 UE将其列入可选行列, 或将其显示给用户, 供用户选择; 当 时间不合适时, UE不做上述操作。
当网络收到用户从某些 CSG 小区发送的位置更新请求消息时, 网络不仅 要判断用户的允许 CSG列表中是否保存了该 CSG标识, 同时还应根据该 CSG 允许的接入时间决定是否允许用户通过该 CSG小区接入网络。
图 2中的图 2d是增加时间参数的允许 CSG列表, 如图 2d所示: 在 <x>/Al lowedCSGEntr ies/<x>+/<x>+节点 202d扩展了新的参数 Time , 所述参数 Time用来表示所述 PLMN/CSG标识组合中 CSG小区的允许接入时间; 若 UE获得的 PLMN/CSG标识组合如表一所示,
4叚设其中 PLMN2/CSG1和 PLMN3/CSG3包含在允许 CSG列表中, 查询它们 的允许接入时间, PLMN2/CSG1 的允许接入时间为 T0800: ΤΠ00, 表示允许在 早 8 点到下午 5 点的时间内接入, 而 PLMN3/CSG3 的允许接入时间为 T1200: T2000, 表示允许在中午 12点到晚 8点间接入, 当前为早上 10点, 则 UE选择 PLMN2/CSG1标识发起网络选择流程。
此外, 在所述允许 CSG列表中还可扩展以上所述的 AT参数、 pr i or i ty参 数以及 Time 参数的任意组合, 如图 2 中 的图 2e 所示, 在 <x>/Al lowedCSGEnt r ie s /<x>+/<x>+节点 202e扩展了三个新的参数, 分别为 AT参数、 pr ior i ty参数以及 Time参数, 这样当 UE获得的 PLMN/CSG标识组 进一步确定需要向哪一个 PLMN/CSG标识组合发起网络注册。
本实施例当中所提出的方案的主要优点在于提供了一种在允许 CSG 列表 扩展参数方法, 可在包含在所述允许 CSG列表的 PL顯 /CSG标识组合中利用扩 展参数进一步选择需要的网络和 CSG小区。
本发明提供的第三实施例是选择网络的用户设备, 如图 3所示, 所述用户设备 31包括但不限于适用于 2G、 2. 5G , 未来的 3G、 以及后 3G 等移动网络设备, 用于无线通信。 例如, 手机、 PDA、 智能便携终端等。
获取参数模块 301 : 用于获取覆盖所处位置的网络的 PLMN/ CSG标识组合 参数;
选择网络模块 302 : 用于根据所述获取参数模块 301获取的 PLMN/ CSG标 识组合参数查询允许 CSG列表并根据查询结果选择网络。

本发明提供的第四实施例是另一种选择网络的用户设备, 包括: 如图 4所示, 所述用户设备 41 包括但不限于适用于 2G、 2. 5G , 未来的 3G、 以及后 3G等移动网络设备, 用于无线通信。 例如, 手机、 PDA、 智能便 携终端等。

PLMN/CSG标识组合的优先级、 CSG小区的接入时间或 CSG小区支持的接入 技术。
6、 一种选择网络的用户设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取参数模块: 用于获取覆盖所处位置的网络的 PLMN/CSG标识组合参数; 选择网络模块: 用于根据所述获取参数模块获取的 PLMN/CSG标识组合参数 查询允许 CSG列表并根据查询结果选择网络。
7、 如权利要求 8所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述选择网络模块包括: 查询模块: 用于查询所述获取参数模块获取的 PL顯 /CSG标识组合是否包含 在所述允许 CSG列表;
选择模块: 用于按照所述查询模块得出的包含在允许 CSG列表的 PLMN/ CSG 标识组合中的 PLMN标识选择网络。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述选择模块还用于: 若所述查询模块得出两个以上 PLMN/CSG 标识组合包含在所述允许 CSG 列 表, 则按照 PLMN标识的优先级或所述允许 CSG列表的辅助参数选择网络。
9、 一种选择网络的***, 包括用户设备, 其特征在于,
所述用户设备获取覆盖所处位置的网络的 PLMN/CSG标识组合参数, 根据所 述 PLMN/ CSG标识组合参数查询允许 CSG列表, 根据查询结果选择网络。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的***, 其特征在于, 所述用户设备包括: 获取参数实体: 用于获取覆盖所处位置的网络的 PLMN/CSG标识组合参数; 选择网络实体: 用于根据所述获取参数实体获取的 PLMN/CSG标识组合参数 查询允许 CSG列表并根据查询结果选择网络。
