Abstract
수불용성 수팽윤성 흡수성 중합체를 포함하는 다공성 흡수물질, 흡수물질은 흡수성 중합체에 결합되어 흡수물질 표면에서 혈액 접촉 각도를 약 0°내지 약 40°가 되도록 하는 폴리에테르 및/또는 다가양이온을 포함한다.
흡수물질은 다공성 구조 뿐만 아니라 액체에 의한 개선된 습윤성 때문에 액체, 특히 혈액에 대하여 더 우수한 흡수 특징을 제공 할 수 있다.

Claims (13)
- 수불용성 수팽윤성 중합체를 포함하고, 표면에서 혈액의 접촉 각도가 0°내지 40°인 것을 특징으로 하는 개질된 표면 특징을 갖는 다공성 흡수물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수불용성 수팽윤성 중합체에 결합된 친수성 화합물을 추가로 포함하고, 상기 친수성 화합물이 바람직하게는 양전하 제공 화합물 및 비이온성 친수성 화합물(바람직하게는 폴리에테르)로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 다공성 흡수물질.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 양전하 제공 화합물이 다수의 양전하 기를 갖는 다가양이온이고, 상기 다가양이온이 바람직하게는 (1) 1급 아민기를 갖는 중합체; (2) 2급 아민기를 갖는 중합체; (3) 3급 아민기를 갖는 중합체; 및 (4) 4급 아민기를 갖는 중합체로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 흡수물질.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르가 폴리에틸렌 글리콘, 폴리프로필렌 글리콜 및 폴리(옥시에틸렌-옥시프로필렌) 공중합체로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 흡수물질.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.01g/cc내지 0.4g/cc, 바람직하게는 0.03g/cc, 가장 바람직하게는 0.06g/cc 내지 0.3g/cc의 용적밀도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 흡수물질.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 400㎠/g이상, 바람직하게는 600㎠/g이상, 가장 바람직하게는 1000㎠/g 이상의 비표면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 흡수물질.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수불용성 수팽윤성 중합체가 가교결합된 다가전해질이고, 상기 가교결합된 다가전해질이 바람직하게는 가교결합된 폴리아크릴레이트 나트륨, 가교결합된 폴리메타크릴레이트 나트륨, 가교결합된 폴리아크릴레이트 칼륨, 가교결합된 폴리메타크릴레이트 칼륨, 가교결합된 전분 그라프팅된 폴리아크릴레이트, 가교결합된 전분 그라프팅된 폴리메타크릴레이트, 가교결합된 폴리비닐 알콜 그라프팅된 폴리아크릴레이트, 가교결합된 폴리비닐 알콜 그라프팅된 폴리메타크릴레이트, 가교 결합된 카복시 메틸 셀룰로즈, 가교결합된 셀룰로즈 그라프팅된 폴리아크릴레이트, 및 가교결합된 셀룰로즈 그라프팅된 메타크릴레이트로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 흡수물질.
- (a) 액체 투과성 상면시이트; (b) 액체 불투과성 배면시이트; 및 (c) 상기 상면시이트와 상기 배면시이트사이에 위치한 흡수코어를 포함하고, 상기 흡수코어가 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 다공성 흡수물질을 하나 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 흡수코어 중의 상기 다공성 흡수물질이 60g/㎡ 내지 1500g/㎡, 바람직하게는 100g/㎡ 내지 1000g/㎡, 가장 바람직하게는 150g/㎡ 내지 500g/㎡의 기초중량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제품.
- (a) 수불용성 수팽윤성 중합체 표면 일부에 제1표면 재질 화합물을 적용시키는 단계(이 때, 상기 제1표면 개질 화합물은 상기 수불용성 수팽윤성 중합체의 표면 특징을 개질시키는 작용을 함); (b) 물을 흡수시킴으로써 상기 수불용성 수팽윤성 중합체를 팽윤시키는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 수불용성 수팽윤성 중합체를 거의 팽윤된 상태로 유지시키면서 일부의 물을 제거함으로써 상기 흡수물질에 다공성 구조를 생성시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질된 표면 특징을 가갖는 다공성 흡수물질의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 (c)단계가, (cl) 상기 팽윤된 수불용성 수팽윤성 중합체를 동결시키는 단계; 및 (c2) 상기 동결시킨 팽윤된 수불용성 수팽윤성 중합체로부터 일부의 물을 제거시켜 상기 흡수물질에 다공성구조를 생성시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 수불용성 수팽윤성 중합체 표면 일부에 제2표면 개질 화합물을 적용시켜 상기 제2표면 개질 화합물을 상기 수불용성 수팽윤성 중합체에 결합시키는 단계를 더 포함하고, 상기 제2표면 개질 화합물이 상기 수불용성 수팽윤성 중합체의 표면 특징을 개질시키는 작용을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1표면 개질 화합물이 폴리에테르와 다가양이온 중 하나이고, 상기 제2표면 개질 화합물이 상기 폴리에테르와 상기 다가양이온 중 다른 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
