Abstract
본 발명은 식염수에 대한 흡수성이 50g/g 이상이고, 겔 베드 1.5g당 5kPa 로드하에서 20g/g 이상의 생리식 염수 흡수능을 갖고, 겔 베드가 500g 이상의 다공성을 갖는, 분말형태의 부분적으로 가교결합된 초흡수성 중합체에 관한 것이다.

Claims (12)
- 식엽수 흠수능이 50g/g 이상이고, 그의 겔 베드는 20g/g의 식염수 흡수능을 갖고, 500g 이상의 다공성을 갖는, 부분적으로 가교결합된 초흡수성 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그의 다공성이 1000g 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 초흡수성 중합체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에있어서, 식염수 흡수능이 50 내지 57g/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 초흡수성 중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,입자의 크기가 100 내지 800㎕이고, 100㎕ 이하의 입자가 1% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 초흡수성 중합체.
- 헵탄증 현탁액상태의 상기 초흡수성 중합체 분말에 적용된 가교결합제 수용액의 도움을 통한 사후가교결합 또는 가교결합제 수용액의 도움을 통한 동가의 탄화수소의 처리로 구성되는, 상기 초흡수성 중합체의 수분 함량이, 무수 초흡수성 중합체의 중량에 관하여 물의 중량으로서 표현된, 0.30 내지 0.50의 값에 이른 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항의 생성물의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 초흡수성 중합체가 폴리아크릴산 또는 메트아크릴산, 또는 그들의 알칼리 금속염의 부분적으로 가교결합된 중합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 사후가교결합처리되는 초흡수성 중합체 분말이 겔 공정으로부터 유래된 초흡수성 중합체를 분쇄함으로써 수득된 건조분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 초흡수성 중합체가 역현탁내 중합화 공정에 따라 수득된 건조분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 초흡수성 중합체가 역현탁내 중합화 공정에 따라 수득된 함습분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 가교결합체가 다올 디글리시딜 에테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 디올 디글리시딜 에테르가 에틸렌 글리콜 디글리시딜 에테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 가교결합체의 양이 초흡수성 중합체 질량에 대해 500ppm 이상인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
