Abstract

Claims (9)

  1. 수불용성 수팽윤성 중합체 및 상기 수불용성 수팽윤성 중합체에 화학결합된 반응성 친수성 화합물을 포함하고, 표면에서 혈액의 접촉 각도가 0°내지 40°도인 것을 특징으로 하는 개질된 표면 특징을 갖는 흡수물질.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응성 친수성 화합물이 양전하 제공 화합물(바람직하게는 다수의 양전하 기를 가짐), 하나 이상의 작용기를 갖는 비이온성 반응성 친수성 화합물(바람직하게는 폴리에스테르), 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수물질.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 반응성 폴리에스테르가 주쇄 및 상기 주쇄에 결합된 반응성 말단 작용기를 포함하고, 상기 주쇄가 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 폴리프로필렌 글리콜 및 폴리(옥시에틸렌-옥시프로필렌) 공중합체로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되고, 상기 반응성 말단 작용기가 에폭시기, 아미노기 및 할로겐기로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수물질.
  4. 수불용성 수팽윤성 중합체; 상기 수불용성 수팽윤성 중합체에 결합된 양전하 제공 화합물(바람직하게는 다수의 양전하 기를 갖는 다가양이온); 및 상기 수불용성 수팽윤성 중합체에 결합된 비이온성 친수성 화합물(바람직하게는 비반응성 폴리에테르)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질된 표면 특징을 갖는 흡수물질.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 흡수물질의 표면에서 혈액의 접촉각도가 0°내지 40°인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수물질.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 다가양이온이 (1) 1급 아민기를 갖는 중합체; (2) 2급 아민기를 갖는 중합체; (3) 3급 아민기를 갖는 중합체; 및 (4) 4급 아민기를 갖는 중합체로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수물질.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수불용성 수팽윤성 중합체가 가교결합된 다가전해질이고, 상기 가교결합된 다가전해질이 바람직하게는 가교결합된 폴리아크릴레이트 나트륨, 가교결합된 폴리메타크릴레이트 나트륨, 가교결합된 폴리아크릴레이트 칼륨, 가교결합된 폴리메타크릴레이트 칼륨, 가교결합된 전분 그라프팅된 폴리아크릴레이트, 가교결합된 전분 그라프팅된 폴리메타크릴레이트, 가교결합된 폴리비닐 알콜 그라프팅된 폴리아크릴레이트, 가교결합된 폴리비닐 알콜 그라프팅된 폴리메타크릴레이트, 가교결합된 카복시메틸 셀룰로즈, 가교결합된 셀룰로즈 그라프팅된 폴리아크릴레이트, 및 가교결합된 셀룰로즈 그라프팅된 메타크릴레이트로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수물질.
  8. (a) 액체 투과성 상면시이트; (b) 액체 불투과성 배면시이트; 및 (c) 상기 상면시이트와 상기 배면시이트사이에 위치한 흡수코어를 포함하고, 상기 흡수코어가 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 다공성 흡수물질을 하나 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제품.
  9. (A) 일정량의 반응성 친수성 화합물, 바람직하게는 반응성 폴리에테르를 수불용성 수팽윤성 중합체에 적용시키는 단계; 및 (B) 상기 반응성 친수성 화합물을 상기 수불용성 수팽윤성 중합체와 반응시켜 상기 흡수물질 표면에서 혈액의 접촉 각도를 0°내지 40°가 되도록 하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질된 표면 특징을 갖는 흡수물질의 제조방법.
