Abstract

본원발명은 제1단계 반응에서 1,1,1-트리플루오로-2-클로로에탄과 불화수소와 염소를 반응시켜 HFC-134a와 HFC-125를 함께 제조하고, 제2단계 반응에서 제1단계 반응생성물에 트리클로로에틸렌을 첨가하여 HFC-133a를 제조한 다음, 제2단계 반응생성물에서 HFC-134a와 HFC-125 및 염화수소를 분리하고, 그 나머지 혼합물을 상기 제1단계 반응으로 순환시키는 것으로 이루어지는 HFC-134a와 HFC-125를 동시에 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 제1단계 반응에서 1,1,1-트리플루오로-2-클로로에탄(HCFC-133a)과 불화수소와 염소를 불소화 촉매 존재하에서 반응시켜 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄(HFC-134a)와 펜타플루오로에탄(HFC-125)를 함께 제조하고, 제2단계 반응에서 제1단계 반응생성물에 트리클로로에틸렌을 첨가하여 HFC-133a를 제조한 다음, HFC-134a와 HFC-125 및 염화수소를 분리하고, 그 나머지 혼합물을 상기 제1단계 반응으로 순환시키는 것으로 이루어지며, 상기 염소의 양이 염소/HCFC-133a의 몰비로 0.001~0.05인, HFC-134a와 HFC-125를 동시에 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불소화 촉매가 산화불화크롬과 불화 마그네슘 주성분으로 하는 제조방법.
