Claims (17)
- 활성을 촉진시킬 수 있는 양 만큼의 아연 또는 아연 화합물이 들어있는 크로뮴을 함유하는 불소화 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 크로뮴을 함유하는 촉매가 금속 산화물, 할로겐화된 금속 산화물 또는 금속 옥시할라이드로 이루어진 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, 금속 산화물, 할로겐화된 금속 산화물 또는 금속 옥시할라이드의 금속이 크로뮴, 마그네슘, 알루미늄 또는 지르코늄인 촉매.
- 제3항에 있어서, 크로뮴을 함유하는 촉매가 크로미아, 할로겐화된 크로미아 또는 크로뮴 옥시할라이드로 이루어진 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 활성을 촉진시킬수 있는 양만큼의 아연 또는 아연 화합물이 코로미아, 할로겐화된 크로미아 또는 크로뮴 옥시할라이드위에 담지되어 있는 촉매.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 크로미아, 할로겐화된 크로미아 또는 크로뮴 옥시할라이드에 활성을 촉진시킬 수 있는 양만큼의 아연 또는 아연 화합물이 함침된 촉매.
- 제6항에 있어서, 아연의 양이 촉매의 약 0.5- 약 6중량%인 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 아연과 지르코늄의 혼합된 산화물로 구성된 촉매.
- 활성을 촉진시킬 수 있는 양 만큼의 아연 또는 아연 화합물을 촉매에 주입시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 크로뮴을 함유하는 불소화 촉매의 활성을 증가시키는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 수산화아연과 수산화크로뮴을 공침전시킨뒤 이 수산화물을 산화아연 및 산화 크로뮴으로 전환시키는 것으로 이루어진 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 크로뮴을 함유하는 촉매에 수용성 아연염을 함침시킨 것으로 이루어진 방법.
- 탄화수소 또는 할로겐화된 탄화수소를 재1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 불소화 촉매가 존재하는 증기상내에서 불화수소와 반응시키는 것으로 이루어진, 불소화된 탄화수소를 제조하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 할로겐화된 탄화수소가 염소원자를 최소 한개 포함하는 C1-C4알칸 또는 알켄으로 이어진 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 할로겐화된 탄화수소가 1-클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄, 트리클로로에틸렌, 1-클로로-2,2-디플루오로에틸렌 및 퍼클로로에틸렌으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 1-클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄을 증기상내에서 불화수소와 반응시켜 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄을 만드는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, (a)트리클로로에틸렌을 불화수소와 반응시켜 1-클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄을 만들고, (b)1-클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄을 불소수소와 반웅시켜, 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄을 만드는 단계로 이루어지는데, 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 크로뮴 함유 촉매를 단계 (a) 및 (b)중의 최소한 한 단계에 사용을 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, (A) 1-클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄과 불화수소의 혼합물을 제1반응 구역에 넣어 250-350℃에서 개선된 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매와 접촉시켜 반응하지 않은 출발물질과 함께 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄 및 염화수소를 함유하는 생성물을 만들고; (B) 단계 A의 생성물 모두를 트리클로로에틸렌과 함께 180-300℃에서 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매가 들어있는 제2 반응구역에 보내 1-클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄, 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄 및 염화수소를 함유하는 생성물을 만들고; (C) 단계 B의 생성물을 처리하여 1-클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄, 반응하지 않은 불화수소 및 반응 하지 않은 트리클로로에틸렌으로부터 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄 및 염화수소를 함유하는 혼합물을 분리하고; (D) 단계 C에서 얻은 1-클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄을 부가적인 불화수소와 함께 제1반응 구역으로 보내고; (E) 단계 C에서 얻은 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄/염화수소 혼합물에서 부터 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄을 회수하는 단계로 이루어진 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
