Abstract

불화칼슘과, 삼산화크롬, 염화아연 및 염화제2철의 수용액을 혼합한 후 에탄올과 반응시켜 얻어지는 생성물을 소성함으로써 제조된 촉매의 존재하에, 1단계 반응으로서, 1,1,1-트리플루오로-2-클로로에탄(HCFC-133a)과 불화수소를 반응시켜 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄(HFC-134a), 펜타플루오로에탄(HFC-125) 및 1,1,1-트리플루오로에탄(HFC-143a)을 얻고, 2단계 반응으로서 1단계 반응생성물에 트리클로로에틸렌을 첨가하여 HCFC-133a를 제조한 다음 HFC-134a, HFC-125 및 HFC-143a를 분리하고 HCFC-133a를 1단계 반응으로 재순환시키는 것으로 이루어지는 2단계 기상반응에 의해, HFC-134a, HFC-125 및 HFC-143a를 동시에 제조하는 방법이 제공된다.

Claims (8)

  1. 불화칼슘(CaF2)을 삼산화크롬(CrO3)과 염화아연(ZnCl2) 및 염화제2철(FeCl2)의 수용액과 혼합한 후 에탄올(C2H5OH)과 반응시켜 얻어지는 생성물을 소성함으로써 얻어지는 불소화 촉매의 존재하에, 제1단계로서, 1반응기에서 1,1,1-트리플루오로-2-클로로에탄(CFCH2Cl, HCFC-133a)을 HF와 반응시켜 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄(HFC-134a;CF3CH2F), 펜타플루오로에탄(HFC-125;CF3CHF2) 및 1,1,1-트리플루오로에탄(HFC-143a;CH3CH3)를 제조하고, 제 2단계로서,제 2반응기에서 제 1단계 반응생성물에 트리클로로에틸렌(TCE:CCl2CHCl)을 첨가하여 HCFC-133a를 제조한 다음, 제2단계 반응생성물로부터 HCl, HFC-134a, HFC-125 및 HFC-143a를 분리한 후, 제 1반응기로 HCFC-133a를 재순환시키는 것으로 이루어지는 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄(HFC-134a;CF3CH2F), 펜타플루오로에탄(HFC-125;CF3CHF2) 및 1,1,1-트리플루오로에탄(HFC-143a;CF3CH3)의 병산방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 불소화 촉매의 조성이 Cr과 Ca의 몰비가 1:1 내지 1:8이고, Cr과 Fe의 몰비가 1:0.1 내지 1:0.5이며 ; Cr과 Zn의 몰비가 1:0.1 내지 1:0.5인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제1단계 반응의 온도가 320∼400℃인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제1단계 반응의 HF/HCFC-133a 몰비가 4∼10인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 제1단계 반응의 접촉시간이 5∼30초인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 제2단계 반응의 온도가 230 내지 300℃인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 제2단계 반응의 접촉시간이 2∼6초인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 제2단계 반응의 HF/TCE의 몰비가 20∼40인 방법.
