Abstract

본 발명은 고온 가스 여과 특성이 뚜렷이 개선된, 내열성 미세섬유로 된 얇은 매트가 적층된 직조 아라미드 스크림에 니들링된 부직 아라미드 스테이플 섬유 배트에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 내열성 미세섬유로 된 얇은 매트가 적층된 직조(woven) 아라미드 스크림에 니들링(needle)된 부직(nonwoven) 아라미드 스테이플 섬유 배트로 이루어진, 온도 160 내지 260°C의 가스 여과용 직물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 내열성 미세섬유가 아라미드인 직물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 부직 아라미드 스테이플 섬유 배트의 기초 중량이 3 내지 6온스/평방 야드이고, 매트의 기초 중량이 0.5 내지 2온스/평방 야드이며, 스크림의 기초 중량이 2 내지 4온스/평방 야드인 직물.
  4. 기초 중량이 0.5 내지 2온스/평방 야드인 내열성 미세섬유로 된 매트를 직조 아라미드 스크림에 적층시키고, 부직 아라미드 스테이플 섬유 배트로 매트를 도포하고, 배트를 스크림에 니들링시키는 것으로 이루어진 제1항 기재 직물의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 내열성 미세섬유가 아라이드인 직물.
