Abstract

현재의 기술적 수준에서 벨트의 출구부 드럼 영역에 분리칼이 구비되어지며, 가공되어진 제품은 상기의 분리칼을 수단으로 벨트로부터 분리할 수 있다. 본 발명에 의하면, 분리칼은 상응하는 베어링 활판에 견고하게 접속된 안내 활판 내의 양 측면에 장착되며, 상기의 베어링 활판은 출구부 드럼의 회전축에 대해 분리칼이 선형적으로 평행하케 움직이게 하는 선형 안내 수단 및 출구부 드럼 회전축의 그때 그때의 사형 변환 자세에 대해 분리칼의 평행한 실행을 위한 추 베어링을 구비한다. 벨트 콘베이어 장치에서 사용.

Description

무한 궤도 벨트로부터 제품을 분리하기 위한 장치(DEVICE FOR RELEASING A PRODUCT FROM A CONTINUOUSLY CIRCULATING BELT)
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 발명에 적합한 분리 장치의 한 실시 형태를 개략적으로 도시한 도면도로서, 이는 출구부 드럼 영역에서 이중 벨트의 하부 벨트를 구비하고 있으며, 분리칼을 표현하고 있다.
제2도는 출구부 드럼 영역에서 하부 벨트와 분리 장치를 개략적으로 도시한 평면도이다.
제3도는 제1도와 제2도에 의하는 분리 장치의 안내 활판 영역에서 분리칼의 베어링의 측면을 절개하여 상세하게 도시한 단면도로서, 그 옆에 벨트의 진행 방향에 대해 가로질러 움직일 수 있고 자세 변환할 수도 있는 분리칼이 배치되어 있다.
제4도는 제2도와 유사한 발명에 따른 분리 장치에 또 다른 형태를 개략적으로 도시한 평면도로서, 여기서 분리칼은 벨트의 횡형 변환자세에 따라 벨트 위에 구비된 두개의 흐름 방지턱 사이에서 수동적으로 동시 동작되어진다.

Claims (8)

  1. 벨트-콘베이어 또는 이중 벨트 구조, 특히 이중벨트 압착기의 무한궤도 벨트로부터 벨트가 방향을 바꾸는 출구부 드럼 영역에서 제품을 분리하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 출구부 드럼은 두 개의 서로 마주 놓여 있는 측부의 베어링 활판 내의 수평 회전축 주위로 회전할 수 있도록 가로 놓여져 있으며 양 베어링 활판 중의 적어도 하나의 선형 운둥을 통하여 동일한 수평면 상에서 방향을 바꿀 수 있는 분리칼을 구비하며, 분리칼은 벨트의 전면에 걸쳐 진행 방향에 경사지게 다다르고, 재품을 분리하기 위한 분리칼의 날의 벨트 상부 평면에 대하여 비스듬하게 방향을 잡게되어 있으며, 출구부 드럼(4)에 대해 상응하는 베어링 활판(9)에 견고하게 접속되는 안내 활판(12) 내의 서로 마주 놓여있는 전면 영역에 구비되어 있는 분리칼(13,13a); 상기 분리칼(13,13a)이 분리칼의 종방향으로 선형적인 동작을 할수 있도록 하기 위한 선형 안내 수단(21); 상기 분리칼(13,13a)이 출구부 드럼(4)에 있는 회전축(10)의 그때 그때의 사형 자세에 대하여 평행하게 정돈되게 하는 추 베어링(20); 및 상기 분리칼(13,13a)이 출구부 드럼(4)의 사형 자세에 의해 야기되는 벨트의 횡형 변환 자세 중의 하나에 종속되어 있는 분리칼(13,13a)의 종방향 운동을 위한 조절 수단(23,24,25)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무한 궤도 벨트로부터 제품을 분리하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 선형 안내 수단과 추 베어링이 긴밀한 결합단위로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무한 궤도 벨트로부터 제품을 분리하는 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기의 선형 안내 수단으로서 분리칼의 베어링축을 안내하는 롤러 베어링이 구비되는것을 특징으로 하는 무한 궤도 벨트로부터 제품을 분리하는 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 추 베어링은 동축의 롤러 베어링 주위로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무한 궤도 벨트로부터 제품을 분리하는 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기한 긴밀한 결합 단위는 분리칼의 베어링축이 가로 놓여지게 결합된 추 롤러 베어링을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무한 궤도 벨트로부터 제품을 분리하는 장치.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 분리칼(13)의 진동 운동을 위한 선형 구동 장치(23,24)가 출구부 드럼(4)의 회전축에 대하여 평행한 분리칼(13)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무한 궤도 벨트로부터 제품을 분리하는 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기의 선형 구동 장치(23,24)가 분리칼의 양베어링축(14)의 어느 하나에 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 무한 궤도 벨트로부터 제품을 분리하는 장치.
  8. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 분리칼(13a)의 폭은 서로 적절하게 회전하는 벨트(3a)상의 두 개의 흐름 방지턱(25)에 상응하고, 양 흐름 방지 턱(25) 사이의 분리칼(13a)은 출구부 드럼(4)의 회전축(10)에 대해 평행하게 동작되어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 무한 궤도 벨트로부터 제품을 분리하는 장치.
