Abstract
차량용 유압작동식 변속기의 유압제어회로에 구비된 레귤레이터밸브등의 압력조절밸브(11)의 배유포트(11a)에서의 배출유를 윤활유로(13)를 통해서 변속기의 윤활부에 공급한다. 변속기의 온도에 따른 필요 윤활유량의 변화에 따라 윤활부를 그룹으로 나누는 동시에, 윤활유로(13)를 분기하고, 각 분기로(131, 132)를 통해서 각 그룹의 윤활부에 급유한다. 저온시에 필요 윤활유량이 소량이 되는 그룹에 속하는 예를 들면 저속단측의 윤활부에 급유하는 분기로(132)에 초크형드로틀등의 감응형 유량제어수단(15)을 각각 설치한다.
각각의 윤활부에 변속기 온도에 따른 적당량의 윤활유를 공급할 수 있고, 저온시에 점도가 높은 오일을 필요이상으로 공급함으로써 생기는 마찰의 증가와 유압결합요소의 드랙을 억제하여, 주행 성능 및 연비의 악화, 나아가서는 유압결합요소의 내구성 저하를 방지할 수 있다.

제2도는 상기 변속기의 유압제어회로를 나타내는 회로도.
Claims (6)
- 차량용 유압작동식 변속기의 유압제어회로에 설치된 압력조절밸브의 배유포트에서 배출되는 오일을 변속기의 윤활부에 윤활유로써 공급하는 윤활유를 구비한 윤활유 공급장치에 있어서, 변속기의 온도에 따른 필요 윤활유량의 변화에 따라서 윤활부를 복수의 그룹으로 나누는 동시에, 이 그룹으로의 분할에 대응하는 윤활유로를 복수로 분기하고, 이 분기된 윤활유로의 하나 이상에 온도감응형의 유량제어수단을 각각 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 유압작동식 변속기의 윤활유 공급장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 윤활부를 저속단측의 윤활부와 고속단측의 윤활부로 그룹 분할한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 유압작동식 변속기의 윤활유 공급장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 저속단측 윤활부로 향하여 분기된 윤활유로에 상기 유량제어수단을 각각 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 유압작동식 변속기의 윤활유 공급장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유량제어수단을 초크형 드로틀로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 유압작동식 변속기의 윤활유 공급장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 윤활유로의 분기부의 상류측에 릴리프밸브를 각각 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 유압작동식 변속기의 윤활유 공급장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 압력조절 밸브가 유압원에서 유압을 일정압력으로 조절하는 레률레이터밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 유압작동식 변속기의 윤활유 공급장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
