Abstract
헤드 볼트를 체결했을 때의 실린더 보어 및 톱 데크의 변형을 방지할 수 있는 실린더 블록의 제공을 목적으로 한다.
사이아미즈 보어벽(2)의 인접 보어벽의 결합부분(5)과 이 결합부분(5)의 중심선 위에 있는 실린더 블록외벽 볼트모스(6)를 하부 브릿지(11,11',11")와 그 바로 위쪽에 있는 상부 브릿지(12)의 더블 비릇지로 연결한 실린더 블록(1). 헤드 볼트 체결시에 볼트 보스(6)에 작용하는 합성 굽힘 모우멘트(Eo)가 보어벽 결합부(5)면내에 있고 면내 방향 강성이 현저치 큰 보어벽 결합부분(5)에서 받쳐지므로 볼트 보스(6)의 변형이 억제되고 그결과 실린더 보어의 4차 변형도 톱 데크의 경사도 억제된다.

Claims (1)
- 복수의 실린더 보어벽이 기통 사이에서 보어벽 결합부에 의해 결합된 단일의 사이아미즈 보어벽 구조체와,상기 사이아미즈 보어벽 구조체를 워터 재킷을 구성하는 스페이스를 두고 둘러싸며 상기 사이아미즈 보어벽 구조체의 보어벽 결합부의 기통열 방향 양쪽 부위에 볼트 보스가 형성된 실린더 블록 외벽을 구비하는 내연기관의 실린더 블록에 있어서, 상기 사이아미즈 보어벽 구조체의 보어벽 결합부와 상기 실린더 블록외벽의 볼트 보스를 볼트 보스의 나사부분의측방에 위치하는 하부 브릿지와 이 하부 브릿지의 기통축 방향 상방에 위치하는 상부 브릿지의 더블 브릿지 구조로 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 실린더 블록.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
