Abstract
수평으로 조정 가능한 상하의 작업롤러(10,11)가 부착된 적어도 두개의 롤러프레임(6,7)(롤러프레임에 의해 각각의 작업롤러는 직접적으로나 지지롤러(9)의 중간롤러를 통해 받쳐져 있다.)을 소유하는 열밴드 스트리트(6)나 적어도 두개의 스티치가 압연되는 리버어스(가역) 프레임속에서(열밴드 스트리트와 가열프레임 속에서 롤러밴드는 상태조절장치의 영향을 받는다) 롤러밴드(3,4)를 압연하는 방법은 롤러밴드(3,4)의 프로필에 대한 목표 윤곽이 미리 주어지면 롤러밴드의 프로필의 정확성과 평면 조성에 대한 요구에 따를 것을 허용하며, 목표 윤곽의 도달을 위해 순차적으로 두개의 조정부분 그룹들이 롤러밴드에 영향을 미치는데, 그중 분기점 두께 상단에 놓여 있는 롤러밴드 두께의 첫번째 그룹의 조정부분들(12,13)이 투입되고 특히 밴드 중앙과 관련, 중앙범위에 있는 롤러밴드의 윤곽에 영향을 미치는 반면에 분기점 두께 하단에 놓여 있는 롤러밴드 두께의 두번째 그룹의 조정 부분들(12,13)은 밴드 테두리 범위에 투입된다.

Claims (16)
- 수평으로 조정가능한 상하의 작업롤러가 부착된 최소 두개의 롤러 프레임(롤러 프레임에 의해 각각의 작업롤러는 직접적으로 혹은 지지롤러의 중간 롤러를 통해 받쳐진다)을 소유하고 있는 열밴드 스트리트나 최소 두개의 스티치가 압연되는 리버어스(가역) 프레임속에서 열밴드 스트리트와 가역 프레임속에서 롤러밴드는 상태조절장치의 영향하에 놓이는 롤러밴드 압연방법으로서, 롤러밴드의 프로필의 목표 윤곽이 미리 주어지고 목표 윤곽의 도달을 위해 순차적으로 두개의 조정부분 그룹들이 롤러밴드에 영향을 미치는데, 그 중 분기점 두께 상단에 놓여있는 롤러밴드 두께의 첫번째 그룹의 조정부분들이 투입되어 특히 밴드 중앙과 관련, 중앙범위에 있는 롤러밴드의 윤곽에 영향을 미치는 반면에, 분기 두께 하단에 놓여 있는 롤러밴드 두께의 두번째 그룹의 조정부분들은 밴드 테두리 범위에 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러밴드를 압연하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밴드 프로필의 주어진 목적 윤곽이 다항식 함수Y=A2X2+A4X4+A6X6+AnXn을 통해(여기서 Y는 밴드두께 좌표, X는 밴드너비 좌표를 나타낸다) 기술되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 목적 윤곽에서 벗어나는 밴드 프로필 형태에 있어 산출한 밴드형태와 이론적 밴드 형태 또는 목표 윤곽 사이에 최소의 편차가 생기도록 기계적인 조정부분들이 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 기계적인 조정부분들이 가능한한 조기에 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 기계적인 조정부분들이 기계적인 조정 부분들에 의해 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 기계적인 조정부분들의 역할로서 투입된 작업롤러들이 의도하여 국부적으로 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 기계적인 조정부분들의 역할로서 투입된 작업롤러들이 롤러가 가동되는 동안 연마되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연하는 방법.
- 조정부분들이 축으로 이동 가능한 작업롤러(10,11) 및/또는 작업롤러 만곡장치(13)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 압연하는 방법을 실행하는 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 작업롤러(10,11)가 교차가능하게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 작업롤러(10,11)에 국부냉각장치(15)가 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항 내지 제10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 작업롤러(10,11)에 따른 범위에 열덮개(18)가 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항 내지 제11항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 순환적으로 이동할 작업롤러(10,11)를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항 내지 제12항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 완성 스트리트 앞 및/또는 안에 밴드 테두리 난방장치(14)가 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
