Claims (15)

  1. 신호발생장치로부터 TCET신호를 제공하기 위하여 리드에 연결되고 피부에 적용하도록 전기 컨덕터를 포함하며 환자의 이어로브를 경유하여 TCET를 제공하기 위한 전극에 있어서, 컨덕터는 매우작은 면적위로 좋은 전기접촉을 제공하기위하여 표피를 관통할 수 있는 원추형 바늘끝을 포함하도록 된 전극.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 임피던스가 100㏀보다 작게된 전극.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전극은 이어클립의 형태이며, U형 클립의 아암사이에 위치된 이어로브에 대항하여 누르도록 배열된 원추지점 전극바늘로 제공되고 이어로브주위에 위치된 2 갈래 또는 U형 홀더를 포함하고, 상기 전극은 피부의 외부층안으로 누른 전극의 지점에 압력을 제어하기 위한 조정수단이 제공되며, 상기 전극은 또한 신호 발생기에 전기적 접속하도록 된 전극.
  4. TCET에서 사용하도록 전기신호를 발생하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 상기 장치는 200μA 보다 작은 전류로 신호를 제공하도록 채택된 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 1 내지 30μA의 전류를 제공하도록 된 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 5 내지 20μA의 전류를 제공하도록 된 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 10 내지 15μA의 전류를 제공하도록 된 장치.
  8. 제4항 내지 제7항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 정의 펄스는 상대적으로 짧거나 길지 않아서 방해가 되지않고 다음 부의 펄스도 넓고 낮으며 정과 부의 충진의 총양은 평형이 되는 교류신호를 제공하도록 된 장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 각 부의 펄스는 정의 펄스처럼 넓은 5-10배로 된 장치.
  10. 제1항 내지 3항의 어느 한 항에 따라서 전극을 조합하여 사용하기 위하여 제4항 내지 제9항의 어느 한항에 따른 장치.
  11. TCET에서 사용하도록 전기신호를 발생하기 위한 장치에 있어서, (1) 28 -32μA 또는 10 -15μA의 전류에서 최소 3시간의 휴지에 의해 분리된 최대 60분의 열에서 9 -11초의 휴지에 의해 분리된 200 -300펄스의 패킷에 9 -13 헤르쯔와, (2) 28 -32μA 또는 10 -12 -15μA의 전류에서 최소 3시간의 휴지에 의해 분리된 최대 60분의 열에서 9 -11초의 휴지에 의해 분리된 700 -800펄스의 패킷에 9 -13 헤르쯔와, (3) 28 -32μA 또는 10 -15μA의 전류에서 최소 3시간의 휴지에 의해 분리된 최대 60분의 열에서 100초의 휴지에 의해 분리된 200-300펄스의 패킷에 09 -13 헤르쯔와, (4) 28 -32μA 또는 10 -12 -15μA의 전류에서 최소 3시간의 휴지에 의해 분리된 최대 10분의 열에서 9-11초의 휴지에 의해 분리된 3펄스의 패킷에 9 -13헤르쯔와, (5) 28 -32μA 또는 10 -15μA의 전류에서 최소 3시간의 휴지에 의해 분리된 최대 60분의 열에서 9 -11초의 휴지에 의해 분리된 몇몇 200-300펄스 및 700-800 펄스의 패킷에 9-13헤르쯔와, (6) 한개의 연속 열의 10-12μA에서 9 -11초의 펄스에 의해 분리된 1000 펄스 또는 250 -350 펄스의 패킷에 2 헤르쯔와, (7) 최소 3 -23 시간의 휴지에 의해 분리된 최대 60분의 열에서 10 -15μA에서 100초의 휴지로 200 -300 펄스 또는 9 -11초 휴지로 1000펄스의 패킷에 500헤르쯔와, (8) 정지나 휴지없이 10 -12μA에서 0.1 헤르쯔와, (9) 10-15헤르쯔에서 40분까지 연속적으로 2000 헤르쯔와, (10) 20-40분의 열에서 10초 휴지로 100초의 패킷에 1.2 또는 50 메가헤르쯔(MHz)로 선택된 처방신호를 제공하도록 된 장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 2mesc의 정의 펄스폭으로 (1) 내지 (9)에서 선택된 처방신호를 제공하도록 된 장치.
  13. 제1항 내지 제3항에 어느 한 항에 따른 전극을 사용하여 환자에 TCET를 제공하는 방법.
  14. 제4항 내지 제12항의 어느 한항에 따른 장치를 사용하여 환자에 TCET를 제공하는 방법.
