Claims (4)
- 강체의 제1원형기어와, 이 제1원형기어와 다른 이빨수를 가지면서 이 제1원형기어의 동축상에 병렬배치된 강체의 제 2원형기어, 상기 제1원형기어와 동일한 이빨수를 가지면서 상기 원형기어들의 안쪽에서 이 원형기어들과 맞물리도록 동축상에 배치된 가요성기어 및, 이 가요성기어를 비원형으로 변형시켜 상기 제1원형기어와 제2원형기어의 이빨과 국부적으로 맞물리도록 하고 이 변형된 가요성기어를 회전시켜 제1 및 제2원형기어 사이에 상대적으로 회전이 일어나도록 하는 파동발생기를 구비한 파형식 맞물림 변형기어장치에 있어서, 상기 가요성기어의 각 이빨이 볼록한 형상의 이끝면과 오목한 형상의 이뿌리면을 갖추고 제1원형기어의 이 모양은 가요성기어의 변형된 형상이 파동발생기에 의해 회전될때 상기 가요성기어의 이끝면이 형성시키는 궤적곡선에 의하여 형성되며, 상기 제1원형기어의 이빨깊이는 가용성기어의 작동깊이보다 크거나 동일하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파동식 맞물림 변형기어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가요성기어는 타원체의 주축상에 있는 2개의 지점에서 이 가요성기어의 이모양이 원형기어들과 맞물려지기 위해 타원체형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파형식 맞물림 변형기어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가요성기어는 동일한 공간의 3지점에서 이 가요성기어가 원형기어에 맞물려지도록 변형되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파형식 맞물림 변형기어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가요성기어와 제2원형기어의 각각의 이 모양은 파동발생기의 형상에 따른 제2원형기어에 가요성기어의 운동궤적에 대해 적용된 1/2축척크기의 상사 형상으로의 사상곡선으로 형성되어지되, 상기 상사형상은 가요성기어와 제2원형기어가 각각 접촉상태로부터 분리되어지는 상태까지의 기준점상에 기초를 두고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파형식 맞물림 변형기어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
