압연방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 압연방법을 수행하는 데에 사용하기 적절한 제어시스템과 텐덤 압연기의 계통도.
제2도는 제1도에 도시한 텐덤압연기의 다수 상류로울 스탠드중의 하나에 있는 작업로울과 지지로울의 배열예의 정면도.
제2A도와 2B도는 제2도에 유사한 도면으로 제1도에 도시한 압연기의 하류로울스탠드에 있는 작업로울과 지지로울의 정면도.
제3도는 경우 A(작업로울들이 크라운 제어에서 패턴을 이동시키지 않음)와 경우 B(로울 프로우필이 제어됨)의 관계에서 작업로울 국부마모와 작업로울마모프로우필을 도시한 다이어그램.

Claims (8)

  1. 각각이 서로서로에 관하여 운동가능한 상부 및 하부작용로울은 포함하고 하나가 스트립유입구에 인접한 압연기의 상류단계를 형성하며 다른 하나가 스트립배출구에 인접한 압연기의 하류단계를 형성하는 적어도 두개의 로울스탠드를 갖는 텐덤압연기를 이용하는 압연방법에 있어서, 로울될 각 스트립의 에지드롭과 크라운중 하나를 제어하는 방식으로 상류단계의 로울스탠드를 조작하는 단계와, 로울될 각 스트립의 폭에 관계없이 축방향으로 하류단계의 작업로울을 왕복이동시키는 방식으로 하류단계의 로울스탠드를 조작하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 압연방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하류단계의 작업로울의 왕복시프팅이 초기설정된 스트립의 패스수의 각각에 대해 주기적으로 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 하류단계의 작업로울의 왕복시프팅이 상기 작업로울의 축방향에서 써멀크라운과 로울 마모의 분포를 실질적으로 일정하게 얻는 방식으로 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상류단계의 로울스탠드가 로울될 스트립의 크라운을 제어하도록 조작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상류단계의 로울스탠드가 로울될 스트립의 에지드롭을 제어하도록 조작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압여방법.
  6. 각각이 서로서로에 관하여 축방향으로 이동가능한 상부 및 하부작업로울을 포함하고 하나가 압연기의 스트립 유입구에 인접한 압연기의 상류단계를 형성하며 다른 하나가 압연기의 스트립배출구에 인접한 압연기의 하류단계를 형성하는 적어도 두개의 로울스탠드를 갖는 텐덤압연기를 이용하는 압연방법에 있어서, 상류단계의 작업로울의 상대적인 축방향위치가 로울될 스트립의 폭, 압연하중, 압연속도, 스트립의 재료 그리고 압연온도를 포함하는 압연조건에 따라 고정되어 설정되도록 상류단계의 로울스탠드를 조작하는 단계와, 하류단계의 작업로울이 초기설정된 패턴에 따라 축방향으로 왕복이동하도록 하류단계의 로울스탠드를 조작하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 압연방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 각 하류단계의 작업로울의 왕복 시프팅 운동의 행정이 로울될 스트립의 폭에 관계없이 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 왕복시프팅이 초기 설정된 다수의 스트립패스의 각각에 대해 주기적으로 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연방법.
