Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA REDUZIR E DIMENSIONAR PRODUTOS FERROSOS LAMINADOS A QUENTE". Um método para continuamente laminar uma peça de trabalho ferrosa em um círculo acabado, que compreende laminar a peça de trabalho nas primeira e segunda passagens de rolo sucessivas em uma temperatura elevada entre aproximadamente 650 a 1000<198>C, cada uma das primeira e segunda passagens de rolo sendo definida por dois rolos de trabalho e sendo dimensionadas para efetuar uma redução combinada na área transversal da peça de trabalho de pelo menos aproximadamente 20-55%, com um padrão de esforço eficaz acompanhante dominado por uma concentração do esforço eficaz máximo na região central da área transversal e enquanto o padrão de esforço eficaz permanece dominado por uma concentração do esforço eficaz máximo em uma região central da área transversal, continuar a laminar a peça de trabalho nas pelo menos terceira e quarta passagens de rolo consecutivas, cada uma das terceira e quarta passagens de rolo sendo definida por pelo menos três rolos e sendo dimensionada para efetuar uma redução combinada na área transversal da peça de trabalho não maior do que aproximadamente 4-25%.
