Claims (11)
- a) M-O; M-C; M-N; M-P; M-S; 및 M-할로겐 중의 최소한 하나의 결합을 함유하지만 티타늄을 제외한 전이금속 화합물 (M)과 b) 알루미늄원자 또는 두개의 알루미늄원자사이에 결합된 최소한 하나의 산소원자를 함유하는 유기알루이늄화합물사이의 반응생성물로 이루어지는 촉매량의 촉매계통의 존재하에, 비닐방향족 단량체를 단독으로 중합하거나 또는 30%이하의 또 다른 하나의 에틸렌적으로 불포화된 공중합될 수 있는 단량체와의 혼합물형태로 중합하는 것으로 구성되는, 주로 신디오텍틱 구조를 결정성 비닐 방향족 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에서, 전이금속화합물 및 유기알루미늄화합물은 Sio2, Al3O3또는 할로겐화마그네슘과 같은 유기 또는 무기 화합물에 지지되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1또는 2항에서, 유기 알루미늄화합물 대전이금속 화합물의 몰비는 1내지 1000, 바람직하게는 10내지 200의 범위에 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기항들중의 어느 한항에서, 유기알루미늄화합물의 농도는 반응혼합물에 대하여는 10-4내지 l mole/1iter의 범위에 있음을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 상기항들중의 어느 한항에서, 전이금속화합물은 비스-인덴일지르코늄 디클로라이드 : 지르코늄 테트라벤질:ZrCl(O.i-C3H7)3: 바나딜 비스-아세틸아세톤리아세틸아세톤에이트:지르코늄 디벤질 디클로라이드:ZrCl(OC4H9)3및 Ni(1,5-시클로옥타디엔)2로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기항들중의 어느 한항에서. 유기알루미늄 화합물이 다음 일반식(1)과 (2)로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법:상기식에서 n은 0또는 1내지 40, 바람직하게는 10내지 30의 징수를 나타내고; R은 그 전부가 할로겐 또는 O-R′ 만을 나타내지는 않는다는 것을 조건으로하여, C1-C20알킬기, C1-C20아릴기, C1-C20아릴알킬기, C1-C20시크로알킬기, 할로겐 또는 기 O-R′(R′은 C1-C8알킬기 또는 C9-C20아릴기일수 있다)을 나타낼 수 있다.
- 제6항에서, 유기알루미늄화합물은 알킬기가 1개 내지 8개의 탄소원자를 가지고 있는 알루미늄 트리알킬 또는 알루미늄 알킬 알라이드와 배합되어 있음을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제6항에서, 유기알루미늄화합물은 n=20의 직쇄 메틸알루미노옥산임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에서, 유기알루미늄 화합물은 n=20의 고리형 메틸알루미늄옥산임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기항들중의 어느한항에서, 비닐방향족 단량체는 스티렌 또는 스티렌유도체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
