Abstract
금속이 +2, +3 또는 +4의 정상 산화 상태인 옥타하이드로플루오레닐티타늄 금속 착물 또는 환 치환된 옥타하이드로플루오레닐티타늄 금속 착물과 활성화 공촉매 또는 활성화 기술은 프로키랄 올레핀을 중합시킴으로써 고 신디오택틱 중합체를 형성시키는데 유용한 촉매를 제조하는데 사용된다.

Claims (8)
1) 화학식 AMXpX'q(여기서, M은 +2 내지 +4의 정상 산화 상태인 티타늄, 지르코늄 또는 하프늄이고; A는 옥타하이드로플루오레닐 그룹 또는 각각 탄소수 10 이하인 하이드로카빌 그룹과 같은 하이드로카빌 그룹 1 내지 9개에 의해 치환된 옥타하이드로플루오레닐 그룹이고; X는 사이클릭, 비국재된, n-결합 리간드 그룹인 리간드 그룹이외에 40개 이하의 원자를 갖는 음이온성 리간드 그룹이며; X'는 각각 독립적으로 20개 이하의 원자를 갖는 중성 루이스 염기 결합 화합물이고; p는 1, 2 또는 3이며 단, M의 정상 산화 상태 미만이고, q는 0, 1 또는 2이다)에 상응하는 하나 이상의 금속 착물 및 2) 활성화 공촉매[여기서, 1) 대 2)의 몰비는 1:10,000 내지 100:1이다]를 포함하는 촉매, 또는 1)을 활성화 기술을 사용하여 활성 촉매로 전환시킴에 의해 형성된 반응 산물을 단량체와 접촉시킴을 포함하는, 입체-규칙성이 우수하고 분자량이 500,000 미만인 프로키랄 올레핀 단량체의 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 금속 착물이 화학식
[여기서, R은 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 C1-10알킬이고; X는 할라이드, 하이드로카빌, 하이드로카빌옥시, 디(하이드로카빌)아미노, 디(하이드로카빌)포스피도, 하이드로카빌설피도 및 실릴 할로하이드로카빌, 할로실릴, 디(하이드로카빌)아미노-치환된 하이드로카빌, 하이드로카빌옥시-치환된 하이드로카빌 및 디(하이드로카빌)포스피노-치환된 하이드로카빌중에서 선택된 음이온성 리간드이며, 이 X그룹은 20개 이하의 비수소 원자를 갖는다]에 상응하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 금속 착물이 화학식
(여기서, X는 클로라이드, C1-4알콕사이드 또는 펜옥사이드이다)에 상응하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 금속 착물이 옥타하이드로플루오레닐티타늄 트리클로라이드 또는 옥타하이드로플루오레닐티타늄 트리메톡사이드인 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 단량체가 C3-10지방족 α-올레핀; 모노비닐리덴 방향족 단량체; 4-비닐사이클로헥센, 비닐사이클로헥산 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 방법.
제5항에 있어서, 단량체가 모노비닐리덴 방향족 단량체이고 중합체가 라세믹트리아드에서 50% 이상의 신디오택틱성을 갖는 방법.
제6항에 있어서, 촉매가 지지되는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 촉매 : 단량체의 몰비가 10-12: 1 내지 10-1: 1인 방법.
