Claims (9)
- 하나 이상의 방향족 단량체를 중합조건 하에서 폴리메틸 알루미녹산과 일반식 CpTiX3[여기에서, Cp는 Ⅱ- 결합된 사이클로펜타디에닐 그룹, Ⅱ- 결합 치환되거나 다중 치환된 사이콜로펜타디에닐 그룹 또는 사이클로펜타디엔의 Ⅱ- 결합된 1가 올리고머이고, X는 각각 독립적으로 할라이드, OR 또는 NR2(여기에서, R은 탄소수 1 내지 12의 지방족, 사이클로지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소 그룹이다)이며 단, 하나 이상의 경우에 X는 OR 또는 NR2이다]의 모노사이클로펜타디에닐/티타늄 복합체와의 반응 생성물을 함유하는 촉매적 유효량의 촉매와 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하여, 고도의 신디오택틱성(syndiotacticity)을 갖는 비닐 방향족 단량체의 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리메틸 알루미녹산 및 티타늄 복합체를 AI:Ti의 원자비가 50:1 내지 10,000:1의 양으로 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리메틸알루미녹산 및 티타늄 복합체를 AI:Ti의 원자비가 100:1 내지 1,000:1의 양으로 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단량체를 25℃ 내지 100℃에서 촉매와 접촉시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불활성 희석제가 추가로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체가 70% 이상의 신디오택틱(syndiotactic)을 함유하는 분자구조를 갖는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, X가 각각의 경우에 OR이고, R을 페닐 및 C1-6알킬 중에서 선택하는 방법.
- 폴리메틸알루미녹산과 일반식 CpTiX3[여기에서, Cp는 Ⅱ-결합된 사이클로펜타니에닐 그룹, Ⅱ-결합치환된 사이클로펜타디에닐 그룹 또는 사이클로펜타디엔의 Ⅱ- 결합된 1가 올리고머이고, X는 각각 독립적으로 할라이드, OR 또는 NR2(여기에서 R은 탄소수 1 내지 12의 지방족, 사이클로지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소 그룹이다)이며, 단, 하나 이상의 X는 OR 또는 NR2이다]의 복합체와의 반응 생성물을 함유하는 물질의 조성물.
