제3도는 본 발명의 공정을 수행하는데 이용되는 산소흡기기 버너의 개략도.

Claims (1)
- 실제적으로 대기와 차단된 용광로 지역에 주입점의 직경이 D인 제트를 통해 산소가 풍부한 공기나 산소를 주입시키는 데 그 주입속도는 용광로내의 열을 균일하게 분포할 수 있도록, 상기한 지역이 충분한 혼합과 재환류를 유인할 수 있는 다음식으로 주어지는 속도보다 적지 않은 속도로 주입한다.V=5.7P-70여기서 V는 ft/sec로 산화제 제트 속도이고, P는 부피 %로 산화제 가스중 산소량이다.전기한 용광로 지역에 적어도 하나 이상의 연료제트를 주입하는데 그 위치는 산화제 제트 노즐의 가장 자리에 X만큼 떨어진 곳에 위치하며, X는 다음식에 의한 값보다 적지 않아야 하며, X=4D연속적인 연소시 정상불꽃 온도보다 낮은 불꽃온도를 유지하도록 상기한 산화제 제트속으로 이 근방의 용광로 가스를 흡출시키고 이 흡출이 일어난 후 상기한 연료와 산화제 가스가 혼합하여 연소반응이 일어나게하는 것을 특징으로하는 산소흡출기 버너의 용광로 방화공정.상기한 직경 D는 다읍식으로 표시되는 값보다 적어야 한다.D는 인치이고, P는 부피로 산화제 속에 산소 %,F는 버너 점화비이다.
