제 1도는 본 발명의 한 실시예의 그을음 발생용버너(1)의 단면도이다,
제 2도는 그을음발생용버너(1)의 밑면도이다,
제 3도는 그을음발생용버너(1),(1a)를 사용한 그을음을 부착시키는 로(3)와 소둔로(4)를 표시하는 계통도이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 연료가스와, 그 연료가스를 완전연소시키는데 필요한 유량보다도 적은 순산소 또는 고산소부화공기와의 예정된 혼합가스를 분출하는 노즐구의 외주에, 공기분출구를 형성하고, 이 공기분출구로 부터 안내용공기를 분출시켜서 화염을 안내하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그을음발생용 버너.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 연료가스와 예정한 혼합되는 고산소부화공기 및 안내용 공기중의 산소와의 혼합비율은, 연료가스를 완전연소시키는데 필요한 이론산소량의 0.2~0.6인 것을 특징으로 하는 그을음발생용 버너.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 예정된 혼합가스에 대해서, 안내용공기의 분출량이 1.5~2.5배임을 특징으로 하는 그을음발생용 버너.
  4. 소둔로의 상류측에 설치되는 그을음을 부착시키는 로에 있어서, 소둔해야할 금속의 띠의 표면에 향해서 그을음발생용 버너를 설치하고, 그 그을음발생용버너는, 연료가스와, 그 연료가스를 완전연소시키는데 필요한 유량보다도 적은 순산소 또는 고산소부화공기와의 예정된 혼합가스를 분출하는 노출구의 외주에, 공기분출구를 형성하고, 이 공기분출구에서 안내용 공기를 분출시켜서 화염을 안내하는 구성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 그을음을 부착시키는 로.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 그을음을 부착시키는 로가 소둔로내의 소둔부보다도 상류측에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 그을음을 부착시키는 로.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 소둔해야 할 금속의 띠가 스테인리스 강철띠임을 것을 특징으로 하는 그을음을 부착시키는 로.
