Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 차량에 대하여 차량 전방으로 이동 가능한 헤드 레스트와,상기 헤드 레스트의 전방 이동을 실현하는 구동원을 구비하고, 차량에 대하여 차량 후방으로부터 물체가 충돌하는 충돌 전단계에, 상기 구동원을 작동시켜 상기 헤드 레스트를 차량 전방으로 이동시킴으로써 승차원 보호를 도모하는 승차원 보호장치에 있어서,상기 헤드 레스트에 정전용량 센서가 설치되고, 상기 헤드 레스트의 전방 이동시에 있어서 정전용량 센서에 의하여 검출되는 정전용량의 변화형태에 의거하여 상기 헤드 레스트의 전방 이동량을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 승차원 보호장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 헤드 레스트의 전방 이동시에 있어서의 정전용량의 변화구배와, 상기 헤드 레스트의 전방 이동속도에 의거하여 상기 헤드 레스트의 전방 이동량을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 승차원 보호장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 정전용량의 변화 구배가 소정 문턱값을 상회한 경우에 상기 헤드 레스트의 전방 이동을 정지시키는 이동 정지수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 승차원 보호장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 정전용량의 변화 구배 또는 상기 소정 문턱값을, 상기 헤드 레스트의 전방 이동속도에 따라 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 승차원 보호장치.
- 제 2항 또는 제 4항에 있어서,상기 헤드 레스트의 전방 이동속도 대신에 상기 구동원의 작동전압 또는 작동전류가 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 승차원 보호장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 정전용량 센서로 검출되는 정전용량의 크기가 소정 문턱값을 상회한 경우에, 상기 헤드 레스트의 전방 이동을 정지시키는 제 2 이동 정지수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 승차원 보호장치.
- 제 3항 또는 제 6항에 있어서,상기 헤드 레스트에, 상기 헤드 레스트와 승차원의 머리부와의 접촉을 검지하는 터치 센서가 설치되고,상기 터치 센서에 의하여 상기 헤드 레스트와 승차원의 머리부와의 접촉이 검지된 경우에, 상기 헤드 레스트의 전방 이동을 정지시키는 다른 이동 정지수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 승차원 보호장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 구동원의 작동전압 또는 작동전류가 일정값이 되도록 제어하는 전압제어수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 승차원 보호장치.
