Claims (2)
- 원추형 X선 빔을 검사대상인 목표물에 조사하기 위한 X선 공급원과;목표물의 X선 형광투시 데이터를 얻기 위해 상기 X선 공급원에 대향하도록 X선 공급원의 X선 광축에 배치된 이차원 X선 검출기와;목표물을 장착하고 X선 광축에 수직인 축을 중심으로 목표물을 회전시키기 위하여, 상기 X선 공급원과 이차원 X선 검출기 사이에 배치된 회전선반과;상기 회전선반의 회전축과 수직을 이루는 평면 상에서 잘려지는 목표물에 대한 다수의 단층사진을 재구성하기 위한 데이터처리부와;촬영횟수를 설정하기 위한 촬영횟수 설정부 및,설정된 촬영횟수에 도달할 때까지 촬영 작업이 수행될 때마다 상기 이차원 X선 검출기의 유효시계만큼 회전선반의 회전축 방향으로 상기 회전선반을 움직이기 위한 이동장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 단층촬영 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 데이터처리부는, 목표물의 삼차원 데이터를 얻기 위해 재구성되는 다수의 단층사진을 서로 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 단층촬영 장치.
