- 엔진과,상기 엔진에 의해서 구동되는 가변용량형의 제l 유압 펌프와,가변용량형의 제2 유압 펌프와,제3 유압 펌프와,상기 제1 유압 펌프 및 제2 유압 펌프의 밀어내기 용적을 제어하는 용량제어수단과,상기 제1, 제2, 제3 유압 펌프로부터의 압유에 의해서 구동하는 복수의 액츄에이터와,상기 액츄에이터에 공급되는 압유의 흐름을 제어하는 복수의 방향제어밸브를 가지는 유압회로에서,상기 제3 유압 펌프가 가변용량형의 유압 펌프이며, 상기 제3 유압 펌프의 밀어내기 용적을 제어하는 제3 유압 펌프용 용량제어수단과,상기 제1, 제2, 제3 유압 펌프의 각각의 소비토크에 관련되는 상태량을 검출하는 제1, 제2, 제3 상태량 검출수단을 구비하고,상기 제l 및 제2 유압 펌프용의 용량제어수단이, 상기 제1, 제2, 제3 상태량 검출수단에 의해서 검출된 상태원에 기초하여 제1 및 제2 유압 펌프의 밀어내기 용적을 제어하는 동시에,상기 제3 유압 펌프용 용량제어수단이, 상기 제3 상태량 검출수단에 의해서 검출된 상태량에 기초하여 제3 유압 펌프의 밀어내기 용적을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 소비토크에 관련되는 상태량이, 각 유압 펌프의 토출압인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압회로.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 상태량 검출수단이 상기 제1 유압 펌프의 토출압을 상기 제1 및 제2 유압 펌프용 용량제어수단으로 유도하는 제1 유도관로로 이루어지고,상기 제2 상태량 검출수단이 상기 제2 유압 펌프의 토출압을 상기 제1 및 제2 유압 펌프용 용량제어수단으로 유도하는 제2 유도관로로 이루어지고,상기 제3 상태량 검출수단이 상기 제3 유압 펌프의 토출압을 상기 제1 및 제2 유압 펌프용 용량제어수단으로 유도하는 제3 유도관로와, 상기 제3 유압 펌프의 토출압을 상기 제3 유압 펌프용 용량제어수단으로 유도하는 제4 유도관로로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압회로.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제3 유도관로 상에 상기 제3 유압 펌프의 토출압 신호에 소정의 제한을부여하는 제한수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 유압회로.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 제한수단이 소정의 설정압 이하로 제한하는 감압밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압회로.
- 제2항에 있어서,파일럿 유압 펌프와,상기 제1 및 제2 유압 펌프용 용량제어수단을 연결하는 관로 상에 설치되어 상기 파일럿 유압 펌프로부터의 토출압을 제어하는 제1 전자비례밸브와,상기 파일럿 유압 펌프와 상기 제3 유압 펌프용 용량제어수단을 연결하는 관로상에 설치되고, 상기 파일럿 유압 펌프로부터의 토출압을 제어하는 제2 전자비례밸브와,상기 제1, 제2, 제3 상태량 검출수단으로부터의 신호가 입력되고, 상기 제1 및 제2 전자비례밸브로의 각각의 구동신호를 연산 출력하는 콘트롤러를 추가로 구비하고,상기 제1 및 제2 유압 펌프용 용량제어수단이 상기 제1 전자비례밸브에 의해, 상기 제3 유압 펌프용 용량제어수단이 상기 제2 전자비례밸브에 의해 감압된 파일럿압에 의해서 각각 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압회로.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 콘트롤러는, 상기 제1 전자비례밸브로의 구동신호의 연산시, 상기 제3 상태량 검출수단으로부터의 검출 신호가 소정치 이상인 경우, 제3 유압 펌프의 소비토크가 제3 유압 펌프에 미리 할당된 최대입력토크 보다도 큰 값으로서 산출하고, 상기 제l, 제2 상태량 검출수단으로부터의 검출 신호에 기초하여 산출한 제l 및 제2 유압 펌프의 소비토크에서 상기 제3 유압 펌프의 소비토크로서 연산된 값을 빼고, 그 결과에 기초하여 상기 제1 전자비례밸브로 구동신호를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압회로.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유압회로와,상기 유압회로에 의해서 구동되는 최소한 하나의 작업요소를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 작업요소 중, 조작자가 각각의 지시하기 위한 지시수단을 추가로 구비하고, 상기 콘트롤러가 상기 지시수단으로부터의 지시신호에 기초하여 상기 제1, 제2 전자비례밸브로의 구동신호를 연산 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 지시신호가 상기건설기계에 설치되는 운전실의 실내용 공기조절기의 구동지시신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 건설기계의 가동에 관련되는 상태량을 검출하는 제4 상태량 검출수단을 추가로 설치하고, 상기 콘트롤러가 상기 제4 상태량 검출수단으로부터의 신호에 기초하여 상기 제1 및 제2 전자비례밸브로의 구동신호를 연산 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 건설기계가 붐(boom), 암(arm), 어태치먼트(attachment)로 이루어지는 프런트부재를 구비한 유압 셔블이며, 상기 제4 상태량 검출수단이 상기 프런트부재의 자세를 검출하는 자세검출수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 제4 상태량 검출수단이 상기 엔진의 냉각수온을 검출하는 냉각수온검출기인 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계.
- 제8항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 건설기계가 선회가능한 유압 셔블이며, 상기 제3 유압 펌프는 최소한 선회용 액츄에이터에 압유를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계.
