Claims (22)
- 기판 상에 배치된 복수의 주사 신호선과,표시 내용에 따른 전압을 공급하는 복수의 데이터 신호선과,전류 공급을 위한 복수의 전류 공급선과,표시 내용에 따라 발광하는 복수의 화소를 갖고,각각의 화소가,상기 주사 신호선 상의 전압에 따라 상기 데이터 신호선 상의 데이터 신호를 유지하는 데이터 유지 소자와,유지된 데이터 신호에 따라 상기 전류 공급선으로부터 공급되는 전류에 의해 발광하는 유기 EL 발광 소자와,상기 데이터 유지 소자에의 데이터 신호 기입, 또는 상기 유기 EL 발광 소자에의 전류 공급을 제어하는 액티브 소자로 이루어지고,각 화소의 유기 EL 발광 소자로부터 각 화소 혹은 인접하는 화소의 액티브 소자에의 광을 실드(shield)하는 위치에 배치된 광 실드 부재를 갖고,상기 광 실드 부재는, 데이터 신호선의 연신 방향으로 길게, 데이터 신호선 아래에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 발광 표시 장치.
- 기판 상에 배치된 복수의 주사 신호선과,표시 내용에 따른 전압을 공급하는 복수의 데이터 신호선과,전류 공급을 위한 복수의 전류 공급선과,표시 내용에 따라 발광하는 복수의 화소를 갖고,각각의 화소가,상기 주사 신호선 상의 전압에 따라 상기 데이터 신호선 상의 데이터 신호를 유지하는 데이터 유지 소자와,유지된 데이터 신호에 따라 상기 전류 공급선으로부터 공급되는 전류에 의해 발광하는 유기 EL 발광 소자와,상기 데이터 유지 소자에의 데이터 신호 기입, 또는 상기 유기 EL 발광 소자에의 전류 공급을 제어하는 액티브 소자로 이루어지고,각 화소의 유기 EL 발광 소자로부터 각 화소 혹은 인접하는 화소의 액티브 소자에의 광을 실드하는 위치에 배치된 광 실드 부재를 갖고,상기 광 실드 부재는, 전류 공급선의 연신 방향으로 길게, 전원 공급선 아래에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 발광 표시 장치.
- 기판 상에 배치된 복수의 주사 신호선과,표시 내용에 따른 전압을 공급하는 복수의 데이터 신호선과,전류 공급을 위한 복수의 전류 공급선과,표시 내용에 따라 발광하는 복수의 화소를 갖고,각각의 화소가,상기 주사 신호선 상의 전압에 따라 상기 데이터 신호선 상의 데이터 신호를 유지하는 데이터 유지 소자와,유지된 데이터 신호에 따라 상기 전류 공급선으로부터 공급되는 전류에 의해 발광하는 유기 EL 발광 소자와,상기 데이터 유지 소자에의 데이터 신호 기입, 또는 상기 유기 EL 발광 소자에의 전류 공급을 제어하는 액티브 소자로 이루어지며,데이터 신호선의 연신 방향으로 길게, 주사 신호선과 동일한 층에 불투명한 전극을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 발광 표시 장치.
- 기판 상에 배치된 복수의 주사 신호선과,표시 내용에 따른 전압을 공급하는 복수의 데이터 신호선과,전류 공급을 위한 복수의 전류 공급선과,표시 내용에 따라 발광하는 복수의 화소를 갖고,각각의 화소가,상기 주사 신호선 상의 전압에 따라 상기 데이터 신호선 상의 데이터 신호를 유지하는 데이터 유지 소자와,유지된 데이터 신호에 따라 상기 전류 공급선으로부터 공급되는 전류에 의해 발광하는 유기 EL 발광 소자와,상기 데이터 유지 소자에의 데이터 신호 기입, 또는 상기 유기 EL 발광 소자에의 전류 공급을 제어하는 액티브 소자로 이루어지고,전류 공급선의 연신 방향으로 길게, 주사 신호선과 동일한 층에 불투명한 전극을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 발광 표시 장치.
- 기판 상에 배치된 복수의 주사 신호선과,표시 내용에 따른 전압을 공급하는 복수의 데이터 신호선과,전류 공급을 위한 복수의 전류 공급선과,표시 내용에 따라 발광하는 복수의 화소를 갖고,각각의 화소가,상기 주사 신호선 상의 전압에 따라 상기 데이터 신호선 상의 데이터 신호를 유지하는 데이터 유지 소자와,유지된 데이터 신호에 따라 상기 전류 공급선으로부터 공급되는 전류에 의해서 발광하는 유기 EL 발광 소자와,상기 데이터 유지 소자에의 데이터 신호 기입, 또는 상기 유기 EL 발광 소자에의 전류 공급을 제어하는 액티브 소자로 이루어지며,상기 데이터 신호선과 전류 공급선은 동일한 층에 형성되고,상기 데이터 신호선 및 상기 전류 공급선 아래에, 주사 신호선과 동일한 층에, 양 배선을 따라 연신하고 있는 불투명한 전극을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 발광 표시 장치.
- 제2항, 제4항 또는 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전원 공급선은, 데이터 신호선의 연신 방향을 따라 신장하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 실드 부재는, 주사 신호선의 일부, 또는 별도로 동일한 층에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 발광 표시 장치.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전극은, 주사 신호선의 일부, 또는 별도로 동일한 층에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 실드 부재의 아래에는 절연막을 개재하여 폴리실리콘층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 발광 표시 장치.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전극의 아래에는 절연막을 개재하여 폴리실리콘층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 발광 표시 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 실드 부재는 상기 폴리실리콘과 중첩되어, 상기 데이터 유지 소자를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 발광 표시 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 전극은 상기 폴리실리콘과 중첩되어, 상기 데이터 유지 소자를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 실드 부재는, 전원 공급선에 접속되어 있거나, 또는 플로팅인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 발광 표시 장치.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전극은, 전원공급선에 접속되어 있거나, 또는 플로팅인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 발광 표시 장치.
