Claims (7)
- 엔진으로부터의 동력을 주행 동력 전달 라인을 통해 차륜으로 전달하는 동시에, PTO 전달 라인을 통해 외부 작업기로 전달하는 트랙터의 전동 시스템이며,프레임(4)을 거쳐서 연결된 상기 엔진 후방에 배치된 클러치 하우징(2)과, 상기 클러치 하우징의 후방에서 간격을 두고 배치된 베이스 트랜스미션 케이스(3), 상기 베이스 트랜스미션 케이스가 전단부 개구부(3A)를 갖는 전방 공간과 후단부 개구부(3B)를 갖는 후방 공간을 만들어 내도록 내부 공간을 전후를 구분하는 중간 구획벽(3a)을 구비하고,상기 베이스 트랜스미션 케이스(3)의 후단부 개구부에 연결된 차동 케이스(5)와,상기 전방 공간에 서로 평행하게 배치된 상기 주행 동력 전달 라인의 리시브부(17)와 상기 PTO 전달 라인의 리시브부(35)를 포함하는 전동 시스템에 있어서,상기 전단부 개구부(3A)에는 엔진 동력을 변속하여 출력하는 기어 변속 기구(100B)를 구비한 기어 변속 케이스(61) 혹은 엔진 동력을 변속하여 출력하는 HST 기구(100A)를 구비한 HST 케이스(12) 중 어느 하나가 선택적으로 연결되고, 그 때 상기 기어 변속 기구가 선택된 경우 상기 기어 변속 기구의 PTO 출력부(13a)는 상기 PTO 전달 라인의 리시브부(35)와 부합하여 연결되는 동시에, 상기 기어 변속 기구의 주행 동력 출력부(16a)는 상기 주행 동력 전달 라인의 리시브부(17)와 부합하여 연결되고, 또한 상기 HST 기구가 선택된 경우 상기 HST 기구의 펌프축(13)이 상기 PTO 전달 라인의 리시브부(35)와 부합하여 연결되는 동시에, 상기 HST 기구의 모터축(16)이 상기 주행 동력 전달 라인의 리시브부(17)와 부합하여 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 전동 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기어 변속 기구는 제1 기어 변속부와, 전후진 절환부와, 상기 제1 기어 변속부와 상기 전후진 절환부를 연계하는 중간 전동축을 구비하고, 상기 제1 기어 변속부의 입력축이 상기 기어 변속 기구의 PTO 출력부이고, 전후진 절환부의 출력축이 상기 기어 변속 기구의 주행 동력 출력부인 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 전동 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 후방 공간에는 상기 주행 동력 전달 라인의 일부를 구성하는 제2 기어 변속 기구가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 전동 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전방 공간에는 PTO 전달 라인의 일부를 구성하는 PTO 클러치(36)가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 전동 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 PTO 전달 라인의 일부를 구성하는 미드 PTO축을 내장하는 미드 PTO 케이스의 부착 시트가 상기 베이스 트랜스미션 케이스(3)의 하측에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 전동 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 전방 공간 내에서 상기 PTO 클러치(36)의 하류측에 후방 PTO축과 미드 PTO축에의 동력 전달을 제어하는 PTO 모드 선택 기구(53)가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 전동 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기어 변속 케이스(61) 및 HST 케이스(12)는 전방륜 구동용 전동축(20)이 전후 방향으로 관통 가능하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 전동 시스템.
