Claims (4)
- 신장성 필름 및 웨이퍼 고정용 접착제층을 포함하는 웨이퍼 고정부와 웨이퍼 고정부 외부의 주변부를 포함하며, 상기 주변부의 항신장성이 웨이퍼 고정부의 항신장성 보다 더 큰 웨이퍼 고정용 접착시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 항신장성이 하기 식으로 표현되고,항신장성=(각 층의 탄성률)×(층의 두께)의 합계상기 주변부의 항신장성이 적어도 웨이퍼 고정부의 항신장성의 1.3배인 웨이퍼 고정용 접착시트.
- 신장성 필름 및 웨이퍼 고정용 접착제층을 포함하는 접착시트를 포함하며, 상기 접착시트의 주변부에 항신장성을 증가시킨 필름이 적층되어 있는 웨이퍼 고정용 접착시트.
- 접착시트를 확장하는 단계를 포함하며, 제1항 내지 제3항에 기재된 웨이퍼 고정용 접착시트를 접착시트로서 사용하는 전자부품의 제조방법.
