Claims (4)
- 다수개의 취득제품 각각에 투명액체가 도포된 기재;상기 투명액체에 조명조사를 행하는 조명수단;상기 투명액체의 액면에 투영된 상기 조명수단의 상기 투명액체의 퍼짐에 따른 형상을 촬상하는 촬상수단; 및상기 촬상수단으로부터의 화상에 기초하여 상기 투명액체가 도포될 소망하는 도포 위치의 단부 주변에서의 소정 위치의 휘도성분을 연산하고, 상기 휘도성분에 기초하여 상기 투명액체의 액면의 퍼짐을 연산함과 아울러, 상기 투명액체의 액면의 퍼짐 데이터를 통계적으로 처리하여 상기 투명액체 전체의 소정 도포위치로부터의 변위량을 연산하는 연산수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명액체 검사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재를 상기 촬상수단의 촬상시야에 맞춰서 복수의 블록으로 분할하고, 상기 블록에 대응하는 상기 촬상수단 및 상기 조명수단을 소망하는 수만큼 구비함으로써, 상기 소망하는 수만큼의 상기 블록을 동시에 촬상할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명액체 검사장치.
- 기재 상의 다수개의 취득제품 각각에 도포되어 있는 투명액체에 조명을 조사하는 공정과;상기 투명액체의 액면에 투영된 조명조사하는 수단의 상기 투명액체의 퍼짐에 따른 형상을 촬상하는 공정과;촬상된 화상에 기초하여 상기 투명액체가 도포될 소망하는 도포위치의 단부 주변에서의 소정 위치의 휘도성분을 연산하는 공정과;상기 휘도성분에 기초하여 상기 투명액체의 액면의 퍼짐을 연산하는 공정과;상기 투명액체의 액면의 퍼짐 데이터를 통계적으로 처리하는 공정과;상기 투명액체 전체의 소정 도포위치로부터의 변위량을 연산하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명액체 검사방법.
- 제 3항에 기재된 투명액체 검사방법에 의해 연산된 상기 투명액체 전체의 소정 도포위치로부터의 변위량을, 기재 상의 다수개의 취득제품에 투명액체를 도포하는 공정으로 피드백하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명액체 도포방법.
