Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〈産業上の利用分野〉 この発明は衣服、例えばズボンや救命衣、各種のバック
、その他のベルトを連結するバックルのベルト連結装置
に関する。
〈従来の技術〉 第８図に示した雌、雄二つの部材からなるプラスチック
製バックルは実開昭５０−８８１１６号公報（実公昭５
２−３８３３９号公報）で公知である。
上記公知のバックルの雄部材の一対の可撓アーム３．３
は、ベルト連結部ｌの上下方向の中間から突出する矢印
形突出部２の先端上下から斜め後向きに延び、この対の
可撓アームごと矢印形突出部を雌部材Ｆの一端から内部
に押込むと上記可撓アームは雌部材の上下壁４，５の内
面に接して撓められ、該上下壁にある対向したスロット
の所に到達するとパチンと復元してスロットの縁に逆接
は不能に引っ掛かり、雌雄両部材を連結状態にする。両
部材の連結を解くには、雌部材の上下壁に、各スロット
の上を覆う様に設けた弾性押圧片７．７を上下から指で
摘んで押し、この弾性押圧片を介し可撓アーム３．３を
押込んでスロットの縁との引っ掛かりを外す。
〈発明が解決しようとする問題点〉 上記雄部材Ｍにベルトを連結するには右端のベルト連結
部ｌにある上下方向の長孔にベルトの端部な挿通して折
返し、その端部をベルトに対し縫着するなどして固定し
なければならない。
又、雌部材Ｆにベルトを連結するには雌部材の左端のベ
ルト連結部にある上下方向の長孔に同様にベルトの他端
部な挿通して折返し、その他端部をベルトに対し縫着す
るなどして固定しなければならない。
このように上記バックルは雌、腹内部材ともベルト連結
部にベルトの端部を挿通する上下方向の長孔しか有さ・
ないため、それ自体ではベルトの長さを調節することが
不可能であって、ベルトの長さを調節可能とするには、
別に長さ調節装置を併用する必要があり、その分だけコ
ストが嵩む。
〈問題点を解決するための手段〉 そこで本発明はバックル自体でベルトの長さを調節可惜
にするため、バックル本体に互いに平行に間隔を保って
突出する一対の突出片と、該突出片の先端間を連結する
連結片を設け、上記一対の突出片には相対向した一対の
ガイドを形成し、ベルトの端部な巻き付けて前記連結片
との間で上記ベルトを締付けるベルト取付板を上記一対
のガイドで移動可能に保持した。ことを特徴とする。
（実　施　例） 第１図〜第７図は本発明の一実施例を示す。
この実施例のバックル１０はベルトの一端部１２を長さ
調節可能に、他端部１４は固定的に連結するものとして
示しである。バックル１０は、係脱可能な雌部材１６と
雄部材１８を含み、この両部材は好ましくはナイロンや
デルリンのような丈夫な弾性プラスチック材から成形す
る。
雌部材１６は幅広な前後に対向した側壁２０．２２と、
輻狭な上壁２４、下壁２６を有し、一端には、雄部材１
８を受入れる開口２８を備えた全体的に扁平な筒体から
成る。雌部材１６は上壁２４と下壁２６に対向した一対
のスロット３０．３２を有する。スロット３０、３２は
側壁２０と２２に僅かに入り込み、一端の開口２８から
は離れている。
雄部材１８はベルト連結部３７と、このベルト連結部の
上下から平行に突出する一対の可撓アーム３４、３６を
有する。両アーム３４．３６は雌部材１６の上壁２４と
下壁２６の内面間距離に対応した距離だけ離れている。
上の可撓アーム３４の自由端部には段状に上向きに盛り
上った係止指圧部３８、下の可撓アーム３６の自由端部
に段状に下向き盛り上った係止指圧部４０があり、両係
止指圧部３８と４０の外面間の距離は前記雌部材の上下
壁２４．２６の内面間距離よりも稍々大きい、各係止指
圧部３８．４０の先端には、先端に向は傾斜した斜面４
２．４４があり、斜面４２と４４の先端間の距離は雌部
材１６の上壁２４と下壁２６の内面間距離よりも少しせ
まい。可撓アーム３４と３６に設けられた係止指圧部３
８と４０の長さは先端の斜面４２．４４を含んで雌部材
１６のスロット３０゜３２の長さとはｆ同じである。
以上によって斜面４２と４４の先端を雌部材の上壁２４
と下壁２６の内面にすべり込ませ、雄部材を雌部材１６
の開口２８から中に容易に差し込めること了解されよう
。雄部材１８を矢印４６（第２図）の方向に雌部材１６
の中へ差し込む際、可撓アーム３４．３６は係止指圧部
３８．４０を有するため内側へ撓み、係止指圧部３８．
４０が雌部材のスロット３０．３２に到達すると、第１
図に示す様に各可撓アーム３４．３６は元の状態に弾性
で戻り、係止指圧部３８の上面は雌部材の土壁２４と同
レベルになり、係止指圧部４０の下面は下壁２６と同レ
ベルになり、これにより各係止指圧部３８．４０はスロ
ット３０．３２に引っ掛かって係止されるので、雄部材
１８は第２図の矢印４６とは反対の方向に雌部材中から
抜けなくなり、雌雄両部材１６と１８は連結状態になる
。
第４図、第６図でよく判る様に、雌部材１６の側壁２０
．２２の内面には、雄部材の差し込み方向に沿って相対
向した一対のガイド溝４８．５０がある。
これに対し雄部材は第４図、第７図でよく判るように、
可撓アーム３４と３６の中間に、前記ベルト連結部３７
から上記アームと平行に、はソ同長突出する中間アーム
５２を有し、中間アーム５２の両面にははｙガイド溝４
８．５０の溝幅たけ互いに離れて外側に突出した一対の
***部５４．５６かあり、この***部５４．５６は中間
アーム５２を比較的剛性にする。この両面にある***部
５４．５６と雌部材のガイド溝４８．５０は雄部材を雌
部材に出入させる際の誘導部を形成する。
尚、誘導部として、図示の実施例では雌部材の側壁内面
にガイド溝、雄部材の中間アームに***部を設けた構成
となっているか、勿論これに限定されず、例えば、雌部
材の側壁内面に***部、雄部材の中間アームにガイド溝
を設けてよく、要は、雄部材を雌部材に出入する際に互
いに摺接して誘導を行うものてあればよい。又、この隆
起部５４、５６は雄部材１８を、第２図の矢印４６の方
向に雌部材に差し込んだり、逆に抜く際に、ガイド溝４
８、５０と協同して雄部材１８と雌部材１６との間のガ
タ付きを制限する。
第２図、第３図、第７図でよく判るように、中間アーム
５２は一対の上下に突出した翼片５８．８０を有す。こ
の翼片は可撓アーム３４．３６に向けて突出しているか
可撓アームの内面からは離れている。
この翼片５８の上面と、６ｏの下面は第３図で判るよう
に、や＼傾斜し、可撓アーム３４．３６を雌部材１６に
差し込んだり、抜き出したりするのに必要な量以上可撓
アーム３４．３６か内側へ曲るのを制限するストッパと
なる。
雄部材１８のベルト取付部３７は雌部材１６の開口２８
よりも大きな形の鍔６２を有し、雄部材１８を雌部材１
６中へ差し込む際にこの鍔６２で雌部材１６の開口２８
に当接する。そして、第１図、第３図で判るように、鍔
６２が開口２８に当接したとき、各可撓アーム３４．３
６の係止指圧部３８．４０かスロット３０．３２に嵌入
する。
以上の説明と、第３図を参照することにより、雌部材１
６と雄部材１８の連結を解き、雄部材を雌部材中から外
に抜き出す方法は明らかであろう。つまり、指６１．６
３で可撓アーム３４．３６の係止指圧部３８、４０を内
側へ押して可撓アーム”３４．３６を内側へ撓ませる。
この場合、スロット３０．３２は雌部材１６の対向した
側壁２０．２２に少し切込ませであるのて係止指圧部：
１８．４０は押込み易い。こうして係止指圧部３８と４
０を押込み、係止指圧部間の間隔が雌部材１６の上壁２
４と下壁２６の内面間の距離よりもや＼小さくなると、
前述の***部５４．５６及びガイド溝４８．５０からな
る誘導部で導かれて、雄部材１８は矢印７０（第３図）
の方向に滑って雌部材１６から真直ぐに抜は出す。
さて、再び第６図、第７図を参照すると、雌部材１６と
雄部材１８は夫々ベルトなどの端部１２．１４を取付け
る取付装置を含んでいることがわかる。雄部材１８のベ
ルト取付装置は、ベルト連結部３７の後部６５に形成し
た長孔６４で、ベルトなどの端部１４をこの長孔６４に
通して折返し、縫着その他の方法で固定的に取付ける。
これに対し雌部材１６はこの実施例では筒体の上壁２４
と下壁２６の他端から延長状に突出する上下一対の突出
片６６、６８を有する。両突出片６６、６８の先端間は
上下方向の連結片７１で連結されている０両突出片６６
と６８はスロット３０．３２に通じる相対向した一対の
溝７２．７４を有し、方形のベルト取付は板７６か上下
の各端部を上記溝７２．７４に移動可能に滑合させてい
る。つまり、この溝７２．７４はベルト取付板７６を移
動可能に保持するガイドとなる。
第６図で明らかな様に、雌部材１６は両突出片６６、６
８の間に開口２８とは反対側の第２開ロア８を有す。こ
の第２開ロア８は連結片７１か設けられている端部とは
反対の端部に位置し、雌部材１６の側壁２０、２２から
一体に突出した突起８０が第２開ロア８に突出している
０両側壁２０．２２から突出する突起８０、８０の先端
間はベルト取付は板７６の厚さよりも狭い。ベルト取付
は板７６を開口２８から装入し、側壁２０．２２の弾性
を利用して突起８０．８０の間隔を押拡げながら溝７２
．７４にすべり込ませることかできる。そして、ベルト
取付は板は一旦溝７２．７４にすべり込むと突起８０．
８０により雌部材１６の内部には戻れない、雌部材にベ
ルトなどの端部を取付けるには、ベルト取付は板７６の
回りでベルトな、どの端部にループを作らせ、ベルト取
付は板を連結片７１から離してベルトなどの長さを調節
する。そして、ベルト取付は板７６を溝７２．７４内て
連結片７１の方に移動させると、ベルトは連結片とベル
ト取付は板の間で挟まれて調節された長さに保持される
。この場合、ベルト取付は板７６には第３図に示した如
く連結片７１と対向する部分に歯８２を備えさせて置け
ばベルト１２の保持をより効果的に行える。
以上、好ましい一実施例を説明したが、本発明、はこの
実施例に限定されず特許請求の範囲に記載された技術思
想に則り種々に構造を変えて実施することができる。
例えば図示の実施例てはベルトの端部を雌部材には長さ
調節可能に連結、し、雄部材には固定的に連結したが、
反対に雌部材には固定的に、雄部材には長さ調節可能に
連結してもよい。
更に、バックルは図示の雌、雄二つの部材からなるもの
以外に、゛ラダー（梯子）形等の一体のもの・もあるが
１本発明はこのラダー形のバックルにも実施できること
は勿論である。
〈発明の効果〉 本発明によれば連結すべきベルトの少なくとも一つの端
部を、バックル自体が長さ調節可能に連結するためベル
トの長さ調節装置の併用が省略できる。

面にした正面図で。 図中、　１０はバックル、　１Ｂは雌部材、１８は雄部
材、６６、６８は突出片、７０は連結片、　７２．７４
はガイドとしての溝、７６はベルト連結片を示す。

Claims (2)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）バックル本体に互いに平行に間隔を保って突出す
    る一対の突出片と、該突出片の先端間を連結する連結片
    を設け、上記一対の突出片には相対向した一対のガイド
    を形成し、ベルトの端部を巻き付けて前記連結片との間
    で上記ベルトを締付けるベルト取付板を上記一対のガイ
    ドで移動可能に保持したことを特徴とするバックルにお
    けるベルトの連結装置。
  2. （２）特許請求の範囲第１項記載のバックルにおけるベ
    ルトの連結装置において、一対の突出片に形成された相
    対向したガイドは、上記一対の突出片の対向面に形成さ
    れた溝であるバックルにおけるベルトの連結装置。
