Abstract

PURPOSE:To make burrs surely eliminable with less processes as well as to reduce a burden on a grinding member, by installing a casting support device equipped with a hollow support part, a driving device and a rough deburring device plus a burr grinding device. り方法にあり、また、鋳造物を鋳型接合面(こほぼ平行
に保持する中空な支持部を備えた鋳造物支持手段と、該
支持手段を起伏する駆動手段と、鋳型接合部の平面形状
に対応させて列設した多数のバリ取りピンを下面に有し
、かつ倒伏姿勢における鋳造物の上から鋳型接合面に対
しては(よ垂直な向きに昇降するバリの粗取り手段と、
起立姿勢における鋳造物の鋳型接合部に沿って移動する
バリ研削手段とよりなる鋳造物のバリ取つ装置にある。

持部を備えた鋳造物支持手段と、該支持手段を起伏する
駆動手段と、鋳型接合部の平面形状に対応させて列設し
た多数のバリ取りピンを下面に有し、かつ倒伏姿勢にお
ける上記鋳造物の上から鋳型接合面に対してほぼ垂直な
向きに昇降するバリの粗取り手段と、起立姿勢における
上記鋳造物の鋳型接合部に沿って移動するバリ研削手段
とよりなる鋳造物のバリ取り装置。
