More specifically, the present invention provides a structure of the roll-shaped tape in which a detection element piece is attached to the end portion of the unwinding of the tape-shaped material.

Up until now, known methods for detecting the supply time include a method that uses the outer diameter of the rolled tape and a method that uses the tension of the rewound tape, but the former method is The disadvantage is that it is not possible to reliably detect the supply timing due to variations in the thickness of the tape or the outside diameter of the tube. Due to the short distance between the end of the tape and the automatic rewinding and pasting device, the tape is pulled into the device by the inertia of the device, and then This method requires a complicated mechanism to connect the supplied rolled tape to the tape-like object, and has the drawback of lacking reliability.

Although it is possible to form the film, it is virtually impossible to attach it to only one location, and there are restrictions in that the film must be transparent.

This has the disadvantage that it does not have a good detection function.

Fig. 1 shows an outline of a roll-shaped tape, and 1 shows a tape-shaped material 2 in a paper tube
A roll of tape is wound around a tube body 3 such as a plastic tube, and 4 is the beginning of winding the tape-like material 2 around the tube body 3 (normally, the tape-like material is wound around the tube body 1 to 10 times). This is a detection element piece that is attached to the. As the element piece, an electrical or optical sensing element such as a conductive material such as a copper foil or an aluminum foil, a light reflecting material such as a metal evaporated film, a magnetic material, a colored material, etc. is suitably used.

A detection element piece 4 is attached to the end portion of the rolled tape with an adhesive layer 8 so as not to be transferred when the tape is rewound. In the drawing, 7 is a transfer piece with a temporary adhesion layer 72 consisting of a thin sheet material 71 such as a plastic film and a temporary adhesion layer 72, and 8 is a transfer piece with affinity for both the back side treatment layer 63 of the tape support 61 and the element piece 4. It is an adhesive layer with However, the relationship between these adhesive forces is that the temporary adhesive layer 7
2 and the element piece 4 is the adhesive force between the adhesive layer 8 and the element piece 4.
It is important that the adhesion force is smaller than the adhesive force with the back surface treatment layer 63. With this relationship, when the pressure-sensitive tape-like material 6 is rewound, it is possible to reliably connect the transferred piece 7 with the element piece. 4 can be separated.

It has the characteristic that it can be kept fixed.
