路を示す断面図、第４ａ図は第４図の照明光路内に配置
される絞りの分解平面図である。 １・・・・・・対物レンズユニット、２・・・・・・コ
ンデンサユニット、７．２７・・曲位相板、８．　９．
　１０・・・・・・絞り、１２・・・・・・スライダ、
３ｏ・・開祖合せ絞り。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　観測光路内のひとみ面に配置した位相および振幅変
    化層ならびに照明光路内に配置した絞りにより、選択的
    に位相コントラスト観測およびレリーフ観測するための
    顕微鏡装置において、観測光路内に配置した層が少なく
    とも１つの同心円環７ｂの形を有し、その外径が相当す
    るひとみの直径に相当し、照明光路内に交互に動作位置
    にもたらしうる少なくとも２うの絞り８゜１０；３０が
    備えられ、その２つの絞りの１つが円環８８．３４の形
    を有し、他の１つが光透過性円環セグメント１０ａ；３
    ３として形成されていることを特徴とする位相コントラ
    スト観測およびレリーフ観測を選択的に可能にする顕微
    鏡装置。 ２　観測光路に配置された層が２つの同心円環７ａ、　
    　７ｂの形を有する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の装置。　　　　　　、 ３　円環セグメント１０ｂとして形成される絞りが光軸
    １０を中心に回転可能に支持さ゛れる実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の装置。 ４　照明光路に備える絞り８．１０がコンデンサ２の後
    側焦点面に配置したスライダ１２に支持される実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置。 ５　スライダ１２が純明視野照明のための付加的開放孔
    ９を有する実用新案登録請求の範囲第４項記載の装置。 ６　スライダが回転するタレットである実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第４項記載の装置。 ７　層７ａ、７ｂおよび絞り２８．　３０；８．　１Ｇ
    がそれぞれ対物レンズ２１の後側焦点面と共役の２つの
    平面Ｐ’　、　Ｐ″内に配置される実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の装置。 ８　層７ａ、７ｂを支持する板２７が対物レンズ２１の
    焦点面Ｐと共役の平面Ｐ“内に層を選択的に挿入しうる
    ように配置されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第７項記
    載の装置。 ９　円環絞り３４および円環セグメント絞り３３が照明
    光路へ挿入しうる同じ支持体３２に配置され、回転可能
    の灰色クサビ３５が円環セグメント絞り３３の後方に配
