    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ワークを把持するロボットハンドと、前記ロボットハン
    ドによって把持されたワークの位置姿勢を撮像するカメ
    ラと、前記ロボットハンドにあらかじめ与えた標準座標
    系に対する、前記カメラで撮像されたワークの座標系の
    ズレを検出し、そのズレに基づいて前記ワークの座標系
    を前記基準座標系に一致するように制御すや制御装置と
    を有する工業用ロボット。
