PURPOSE:To decrease the resonance resistance and electrode capacitance, by providing a plurality of energizing electrodes and reflection electrodes at both sides on the main plane of a piezoelectric substrate and making constant the definite electrode length including the reflection electrode, through the use for an RF converter of a VTR. CONSTITUTION:At both sides of comb type energizing electrodes 12a, 12b muturlly meshed and provided on one main plane of a piezoelectric substrate 11 as LiTaO3, a pair of reflection electrodes 13a, 13b and 14a, 14b are formed with a prescribed interval, and the two sets of elastic surface wave resonators are oscillated with a prescribed frequency respectively. The electrode length L is made constant including the electrodes 13a, 14a, and 13b, 14b with this constitution to form them with narrow electrode widths A1, A2. The figure of merit is increased with small electrode capacitance CT and smal resonance resistor R for a resonator.
