Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】[Scope of utility model registration request]

（１）圧電基板の一生面に形成された少なくとも励振電
極及び反射電極から構成される１個以上の弾性表面波共
振子の前記励振電極がボンディング線により、前記圧電
基板が載置固定されてな′るステムに絶縁部材を介して
貫通植設されてなるリードピンと導接されてなる弾性表
面波共振子装置において、前記反射電極が接地されてな
ることを特徴とする弾性表面波共振子装置。(1) The excitation electrode of one or more surface acoustic wave resonators formed on the whole surface of the piezoelectric substrate is formed by at least an excitation electrode and a reflection electrode, and the piezoelectric substrate is mounted and fixed by a bonding wire. も接地されてなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
