Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a high-Q resonator circuit and the electric filter using the resonator circuit by making use of the acoustic surface wave on the electro-acoustic crystal and the intermesh electrode. CONSTITUTION:A pair of electrodes 0311 and 0312 cause the acoustic surface wave on the crystal surface provided on electro-acoustic crystal 0300, and a pair of reflection boundaries 0342a2 and 032a1 are provided vertically to the travelling direction of the surface wave. In addition to these reflection boundaries, a pair of reflection boundaries are formed in the form of the frequency-type load region of the integer- fold 1/2 or 1/4 waveform of the surface wave. And the electric circuit element is connected to at least one of electrodes 0311 and 0312. Then the acoustic surface waves on crystal 300 plus intermesh electrodes 0311 and 0312 are utilized in order to obtain a high-Q resonance circuit and the electric filter using the resonance circuit.
