Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A mold coating agent consisting of 100pts., graphite, 10W25pts. chromite powder 2W10pts. bentonite, and 100W140pts. water is compounded. Since the chromite powder has high heat conductivity by high melting points of about 1,780W1,900°C, and has high baescity of about 7.0W9.5pH, it prevents the pentration of molten metal more surely and powerfully and also effectively prevents the occurrence of burning in and metal penetration.
