Abstract

PURPOSE:To sample data of an input signal surely and accurately, by comparing the input signal with a voltage, which is obtained by adding positive and negative peak hold voltages of the input signal in a proper ratio, as a threshold voltage in level. CONSTITUTION:Input signal SI is applied to positive and negative peak hold circuits 20 and 30, and obtained positive and negative peak hold voltages VP and VM are added in a proper ratio, and obtained addition voltage VT is supplied to level comparator 50 as a threshold voltage and is compared with input signal SI in level. Consequently, even if amplitude fluctuation and bias fluctuation exist in input signal SI, data of 1 and 0 of input signal SI can be sampled surely and accurately as output signal DO of level comparator 50.
