Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify a circuit and to improve the accuracy of a decision by differentiating the output of the D/A converting circuit to be inspected and deciding a differentiation waveform as respective data outputs. CONSTITUTION:A differentiation circuit 40 differentiates a data output voltage by capacitor 41 and a resistor 42 and outputs a differentiation output 43. A detecting circuit 50 compares the output level of the differentiation output 43 with reference voltages 53(V1) and 54(V2) to take an AND in an AND circuit 55 on the result output and output a detecting output 56. When the data output of the circuit 20 to be inspected is normal to the respective data, V0 is between the reference voltages V1 and V2, so that the detecting output 56 is a pulse rising with a slight delay to the leading edge of a clock and when there is a bit error, the pulse delayed considerably to the leading edge of the clock or all the pulse is eliminated.
