Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.コアおよびコーティングを含んでなる被覆製品であって、前記コーティン グが、57重量%:43重量%〜99重量%:1重量%の割合の1,6-GPS(6-O-α-D -グルコピラノシル-D-ソルビトール)と1,1-GPM(1-O-α-D-グルコピラノシ ル-D-マンニトール)とからなる1,6-GPS濃厚混合物、及び/又は1重量%:9 9重量%〜43重量%:57重量%の割合の1,6-GPSと1,1-GPMとからなる1,1- GPM濃厚混合物の少なくとも1つの層を含む被覆製品。 2.前記1,6-GPS濃厚混合物及び1,1-GPM濃厚混合物の少なくとも1つの 、好ましくは25〜45の層が存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の被覆混合 物。 3.前記コーティングが更に、該コーティングの乾燥物質に対して0.5〜10重 量%の量のアラビアゴムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の被覆製 品。 4.前記コーティングが被覆製品の10〜90重量%、特に25〜35重量%を占める ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の被覆製品。 5.前記コーティングに着色剤が含まれていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4 のいずれか1項に記載の被覆製品。 6.前記着色剤が二酸化チタンであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれ か1項に記載の被覆製品。 7.1つ以上の砂糖代替物、特にキシリトール、マンニトール、ソルビトール 、マルチトール、ラクチトール、エリトリトール、及び/又は充填剤、特にポリ デキストロース、イヌリン又は炭酸カルシウムが前記コーティングに含まれてい ることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の被覆製品。 8.界面活性剤、特にポリソルベート、及び/又は膜形成剤、特にカルボキシ メチルセルロース、メチルセルロースゼラチン、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース 、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース又はエチルセルロースが前記コーティングに含ま れていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の被覆製 品 9.前記コアがチューインガム・クッション、チューインガム・ボール、果実 、ナッツ、豆形チョコレート、ハード・キャラメル、ソフト・キャラメル、ゼリ ー、アラビアゴム製品、ノンパレイユ、小さな砂糖ビーズ、軽食品(スナック)、 医薬品又は他の塊状食料品であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項 に記載の被覆製品。 10.1,6-GPSに富むおよび1,1-GPMに富む1,6-GPSと1,1-GPMとを含 有する混合物を水素化イソマルツロースから製造するための方法であって、水素 化イソマルツロースを水に溶解し、その溶解度を超える量の結晶質水素化イソマ ルツロースを添加し、生じた懸濁液を濾過し、1,6-GPSに富む濾液を1,1-GP Mに富む濾過ケークから分離することを特徴とする方法。 11.前記懸濁液が、水素化イソマルツロースと水とを20〜95℃の温度で混合す ることによって調製されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。 12.結晶質水素化イソマルツロースが、その溶解度を1〜40%超える量で添加 されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。 13.総固形分が50〜90重量%であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。 14.57重量%:43重量%〜99重量%:1重量%の割合の1,6-GPSと1,1-GP Mとからなる混合物。 15.1重量%:99重量%〜43重量%:57重量%の割合の1,6-GPSと1,1-GP Mとからなる混合物。 16.請求項14又は15のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの混合物を含んで なる製品。 17.ゼラチン、脂肪又は脂肪代替品を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜9及び 16のいずれか1項に記載の製品。 18.強力甘味料、特にシクラメート、サッカリン、アスパルテーム、グリシル リジン、ネオヘスペリジン、ジヒドロカルコン、タウマチン、モネリン、アセス ルフェーム、アリテーム又はスクラロースを含むことを特徴とする請求項 1〜9及び16〜17のいずれか1項に記載の製品。 19.ハード・キャラメル、ソフト・キャラメル、ゼラチン製品、チョコレート 、チョコレート・キス、チューインガム・クッション、アイスクリーム、果物調 製品、板形チューインガム、泡状砂糖製品、焼菓子製品、ビスケット又は薬剤で あることを特徴とする請求項1〜9及び14〜18のいずれか1項に記載の製品。 20.請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の被覆製品の製造方法であって、請求 項14に記載の混合物の溶液又は懸濁液を少なくとも1回、及び/又は、その前に 又はそれに続いて請求項15に記載の溶液又は懸濁液を前記コアに塗布し、各層を 塗布するたびに溶剤を蒸発させることを特徴とする方法。 21.前記1,1-GPM濃厚混合物及び1,6-GPS濃厚混合物の溶液又は懸濁液の 塗布を25〜45回行うことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。 22.前記の塗布層をその塗布の後で、−15℃〜+10℃、好ましくは0℃の露点 を有するガス流で乾燥することを特徴とする請求項21に記載の方法。
