Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ラムの作用を受けるリベットと当て盤工具(ダイ)とからなる自動打抜き 固定装置であり、リベットはリベットヘッドと、中心に空洞部を備えるリベット 軸部とからなっており、リベットの空いた端面は、それを受ける工作物(板)を 完全には打ち抜かないものであって、空洞部(8)が、リベットヘッド(4)と 反対側のリベット軸部(6)の末端部において、ほぼ円錐形に開き角(α)で形 成されていること、さらにリベットヘッド(4)の下側(11)へのリベット軸 部(6)の移行部が、ほとんど丸みをつけて(半径R1)構成されていることを 特徴とする自動打抜き固定装置。 2.リベット軸部(4)からリベットヘッド下側(11)への移行開始部から 、リベットヘッド(4)の高さ(H)が半径(R1)によって決定されること、 また空洞部(8)がその底(12)でリベットヘッド(4)の中へ達しているこ とを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の固定装置。 3.リベットヘッド(4)が、リベット締結の作業後、工作物(金属薄板1) と同一平面上に平らにした平面の上部(5)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項 1に記載の固定装置。 4.リベット軸部(6)が、完成したリベット締結の際に、β>45°の拡張 角度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の固定装置。 5.ラム(13)を囲む圧力パッド(14)の工作物(金属薄板1)に接触す る表面が、粗くなっていることを特徴とする、上記請求項のいずれか一つ、もし くは幾つかの項に記載の固定装置。 6.リベット締結の作業の間に拡張するリベット軸部(6)の収 容に用いられる当て盤(ダイ15)の空洞部(17)が、半径方向に移動できる 周囲壁を備えていることを特徴とする、上記請求項のうちいずれか一つの項、も しくは幾つかの項に記載の固定装置。 7.ダイ(15)が多部品で構成されており、工作物(金属薄板2)に向いた 、心棒収容部(18)の上側(22)の上に、溝(23)に導かれバネ圧(板バ ネ25)のもとに保持されるスライドブロック(24)を備えていることを特徴 とする、請求項6に記載の固定装置。 8.心棒収容部(18)の円周に均等に配分配置された半径方向の3本のスラ イドブロック(24)が存在し、心棒収容部(18)の空洞部(17)の中央に 用いられた心棒(20)に向いたその末端が、互いに円形の線(28)を完全に 形作っていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の固定装置。
