体を可燃性の部材にすることで廃油とともに焼却でき、
当該オイルフィルタの処理を簡便にすることを目的とす
る。 【構成】 下部に底部２、上部に開口部３を有するオイ
ルフィルター１。

Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、主に自動車に利用されるオイルフィルターの本体を可燃性の部材 にした焼却可能なオイルフィルターに関するものである。自動車のオイルフィル ターの本体は金属製の部材からできており、そのためガソリンスタンド及び修理 工場では、使用後のオイルフィルターの処理が非常に困難であり、現況はそれら を空ドラム缶に貯蔵し処理するあてもなく放置されているのが現状である。使用 後のオイルフィルターをそのまま貯蔵容器等に入れておくために雨等で貯蔵容器 や当該フィルターから廃油が流出し環境上または安全衛生上きわめて大きな問題 となっている。本来オイルフィルターの内部はろ過紙類の可燃性の物質が入って いるために一般的な不燃物のゴミとして市町村のゴミ回収車が回収することはな い。一方燃えるゴミとしても回収することもない。そこで我々は、このような難 点を解決すべく考案したのが、本考案の焼却可能なオイルフィルターである。本 案で用いるオイルフィルター本体は硬化樹脂類のものであり耐久性、耐熱性に優 れているものを使用している。ただし、硬化樹脂の種類は多種多類に及ぶため、 ここで限定することは適当ではないので言及しないことにした。以下本案の実施 例を図面を利用して説明する。この図面に示したオイルフィルター構造は一般に 使用されているポピュラーなものである。オイルフィルター本体１は可燃性の硬 化樹脂の部材からなり、該本体１の下部には底部２が、上部には開口部３がある 。
