Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 使用することも、あるいは使用後の廃棄処
理、回収処理が容易で嵩張らず、経費と労力を節減で
き、しかも安全な罐を提供せんとするものである。 【構成】 中筒３と左右両筒２・４とを収縮自在に嵌合
した罐体１の内部に合成樹脂製の袋５を収納し、且その
袋底は右筒４の蓋板６に対応させ、袋５の開口縁は蓋板
７の周縁にめぐらした曲縁８により左筒２の端縁に挾着
し、罐を収縮自在としたものである。

【考案の詳細な説明】

本考案は収縮出来る罐に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、清涼飲料水とか罐詰の罐等は円筒形状に形成した胴部の両端を蓋板で密 封したもので、空罐はそのままか或いは胴部を押し潰した状態で回収していたも のである。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、多数の空罐を回収する場合には嵩張る為、回収処理が困難とな り、之が兎角、空罐を所構わず投げ捨てることにもつながっていた。又、罐を構 成する金属等が内容物により酸化されたり、あるいは内容物が溶出したりして取 扱いの面でも、安全性の面でも兎角の問題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は空罐を回収し易い様に、又投げ捨てられた空罐の回収処理をし易い様 に手で簡単に小さく縮めることが出来る様にして、使用後の処理に必要な経費と 労力の削減を図ったものである。 即ち、中筒３と左右両筒２・４とを収縮自在に嵌合した罐体１の内部に合成樹 脂製の袋５を収納し、且その袋底は右筒４の蓋板６に対応させ、袋５の開口縁は 蓋板７の周縁にめぐらした曲縁８により左筒２の端縁に挾着し、罐を収縮自在と したものである。

【作用】
本考案は上記の様に構成されているから、罐の内部に充填された清涼飲料水等 １０を飲んだ後の空罐は、手で上下方向に押し潰せば、第２図に示す様に、左筒 ２は中筒３の内側に、中筒３は右筒４の内側に夫々簡単に押込まれ、全体の長さ は約１／３の大きさに収縮するものである。

【実施例】
本考案の実施の一例を図面に付き説明すれば下記の通りである。 図中、１は夫々直径の異なる円形の筒２・３・４で構成されている罐体であり 、左筒２の外周面は中筒３の内周面を摺動し、中筒３の外周面は右筒４の内周面 を摺動できるように成形されているので、罐体１は自由に収縮することができ、 且つ蓋板６は右筒４の端縁に固定してある。
【０００７】 罐体１の内部には合成樹脂製の袋５が収納されており、袋５の袋底は蓋板６の 内側面に接着剤９により固定され、左筒２を上方に、右筒４の蓋板６を下方とし 、内部に袋５を収納した状態で、左筒２の上方より袋５の開口部から袋５の内部 に清涼飲料水等１０を充填し、罐の密封装置により、左筒２の上端縁と袋５の開 口縁とを蓋板７の周縁にめぐらした曲縁８により挾着すれば、清涼飲料水等１０ は、罐体１の内部に密封されるものである。しかも密封された清涼飲料水等１０ は袋５内に収容されているので、罐体１から漏出する虞なく、加うるに収納され た清涼飲料水等１０は直接罐体１の内壁に接触していないから、罐の持つ特臭が ないので心地良く使用出来るものである。尚、袋５の形状はどの様な形状でもよ いが好ましくは、罐体１の円筒形状と同形状であることが望ましく、又罐の材質 は金属でも合成樹脂でも同様の効果を発揮するものである。

【考案の効果】
本考案は上記の様に構成された罐であるので、罐の内部に充填された清涼飲料 水等の内容物が、筒を酸化したり、筒の材料が溶出したりする虞れがないので安 心して使用出来るものであり、又容易に小さく押し潰し収縮させることが出来る 様にしたから、家庭或いは野外で空罐を収集する場合に小さく押し潰して収集す ることが出来るので、回収処理が容易となるものである。 然も、押し潰し収縮した形状はコンパクトで外観も美しいので、空罐の収集に 興味を抱かせることが出来るので、兎角起り易い公害の問題も逐次解消すること が出来る効果を有するものである。

  1. 【請求項１】 中筒３と左右両筒２・４とを収縮自在に
    嵌合した罐体１の内部に合成樹脂製の袋５を収納し、且
    その袋底は右筒４の蓋板６に対応させ、袋５の開口縁は
    蓋板７の周縁にめぐらした曲縁８により左筒２の端縁に
    挾着してなる収縮罐。
